Does the conference cost anything?

No! We're trying to run the event at or as close to zero cost as possible. As a result we won't be charging conference fees. Unfortunately, registrants are liable for their own travel costs. We'll be organising a potluck lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Is there any funding available for speakers?

We have limited funding to reimburse travel expenses for speakers. We'll be in touch directly with speakers once we've reviewed abstracts and confirmed attendees to discuss the process.

Can I attend the conference digitally?

This is something that we're looking into. We hope so, but it'll be dependent on the equipment available at the venue. We'll be providing further information closer to the time on a separate section of the website.
