This Privacy Policy applies to the POS Pilot mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") for Android devices, created by TSITECH (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a commercial application. The Application is provided for use "AS IS."
The Application is designed to help users manage business transactions, expenses, commissions, reconciliations, and financial reports.
While using the Application, you may be asked to provide certain information necessary for its functionality, including:
Business name
Business owner name
Phone number
Country
Preferred currency
Customer names and phone numbers (optional)
Transaction details, including amounts, commissions, charges, and notes
Expense categories, amounts, and descriptions
Daily reconciliation records
Application settings such as theme, language, security preferences, and subscription status
All business and transaction data is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, or store your business or transaction data on its own servers.
If crash reporting or diagnostics are enabled by the platform or device, anonymous technical information may be collected to help improve the stability and performance of the Application.
The Application uses trusted third-party services to provide certain features, including subscription management, billing, and application functionality.

The Service Provider may disclose information only when required by law, such as to comply with legal obligations, protect its rights, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful governmental requests.
The Application offers optional premium subscriptions through Google Play.
All payment processing is handled by Google Play. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscription status is managed using RevenueCat solely for the purpose of verifying purchases and unlocking premium features.
The Service Provider is committed to protecting your information.
Your data remains stored locally on your device using secure local storage. The Application implements several security measures, including:
PIN protection using SHA-256 hashing (your actual PIN is never stored)
Optional biometric authentication processed entirely by your device's secure hardware
Local-only storage for business and transaction data
The Service Provider does not have access to your locally stored business records.
You can stop all collection and use of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.
Because your business data is stored locally on your device, you remain in control of your information.
You may permanently delete all stored data at any time using the Reset All Data option available in Settings > Danger Zone.
Uninstalling the Application will also remove all locally stored application data from your device, subject to your device's operating system behavior.
If you cancel a premium subscription, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Your locally stored business data will not be affected.
The Application is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to remove such information where applicable.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider using the email address below.
The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative, technical, and procedural measures to safeguard the information processed by the Application.
Although no method of electronic storage is completely secure, the Application uses industry-standard practices to help protect your data from unauthorized access.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating this Privacy Policy within the Application or through other appropriate communication methods. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
