Positech Prosthetics was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to give disabled dogs a second chance at a full and active life. While pet prosthetics do exist, they tend to be expensive, leaving many pets without the mobility they deserve. By combining 3D printing, robotics, and advanced automation, we develop custom, affordable solutions that break down financial barriers. What started as a passion project has grown into a dedicated effort to ensure more dogs can run, play, and enjoy life to the fullest.
At Positech Prosthetics, we’ve already helped several dogs regain their mobility and independence through innovative solutions. One of our first patients, a blind dog, received a custom 3D-printed face shield that allows her to run and play without fear of injury. Another, a dachshund with complete paralysis in his back legs, was fitted with a specialized wheelchair that alleviated spinal strain—helping her heal and eventually walk again. Today, we are developing solutions for a dog with a condition that prevents her legs from bending, ensuring she too can live a more comfortable, active life.
Beyond prosthetics, we also work alongside veterinarians to explore medical interventions. In some cases, we crowdfund life-changing surgeries and treatments, ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of a dog's well-being. Our mission is not just to build prosthetics, but to provide real, tangible solutions that give these animals a second chance.
