This privacy policy applies to the Posify app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the Service Provider. This service is provided "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. This information may include:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

- The total time spent using the Application

- The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location information.

The Service Provider may use collected information to improve the Application, provide support, and ensure proper functionality.

The Application does not require users to provide personally identifiable information to function. Any optional information provided by users will only be used as described in this policy.

Data Storage

All business-related data such as products, invoices, transactions, and customer data are stored locally on the user's device. The Application does not upload or share this data with external servers unless explicitly stated.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services include:

- Google Play Services

- Google Analytics for Firebase

- Firebase Crashlytics

These third-party services have their own privacy policies regarding data handling.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted to external services to improve the Application and its performance.

The Service Provider may disclose information:

- To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud

- To trusted service providers who assist in operating the Application under strict confidentiality

Subscription Information

The Application may offer subscription-based access to certain features.

- Subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store

- No payment information is stored or processed by the Application

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes.

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains limited collected data only for as long as necessary to provide the Application and improve its performance. If you would like your data deleted, you may contact the Service Provider at app.posify@gmail.com.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to protecting your information. Appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect collected data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these changes.
