Posify Online (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) application designed to help businesses manage products, sales, invoices, customers, suppliers, installments, reports, and related business data.

The App may request camera permission to scan barcodes or take/select images. Camera access is used only for features selected by the user.
The App may request Bluetooth permission to connect to supported Bluetooth printers for printing invoices, receipts, and related documents.
The App may use notifications to inform you about important business events, such as low stock, product expiry, installment reminders, system messages, or account-related updates.

Posify Online may offer paid subscriptions. If you subscribe through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not store your full payment card details.
We may store subscription-related information such as subscription status, subscription start date, expiry date, plan type, and related transaction or account status information.
The account owner may create additional users or employees inside the App and assign permissions. Users with permission may access, add, edit, or delete business data according to the permissions granted by the account owner.
The account owner is responsible for managing users and permissions within their business account.
We retain your account and business data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App services.
If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting purposes.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data from inside the App or by contacting us.
After account deletion, access to the account and related data may be permanently removed. Some limited records may be retained if required by law or for security and fraud prevention.
Posify Online is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App may use third-party services to provide core functionality such as authentication, cloud storage, notifications, crash reporting, and payments.
These third-party services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Your information may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country. By using Posify Online, you understand that your data may be processed in locations where our service providers operate.
