Q: How does the camera pose analysis work?

A: Take a photo or select one from your gallery, and PoseMe will analyze the scene and people in the image using AI. The app then generates search terms and automatically shows you similar pose ideas for inspiration.

Q: Why am I seeing a paywall when I try to search poses?

A: Free users get 10 pose searches per day. For unlimited searches, camera analysis, AI assistant, and pose downloads, you'll need to upgrade to PoseMe Premium.

Q: How do I save poses to my favourites?

A: Tap the heart icon when viewing any pose image. Your favourites are saved locally and can be accessed from the Favourites tab. Note: Unlimited favourites require a Premium subscription.

Q: Can I download pose images to my photo gallery?

A: Yes! Premium subscribers can download any pose image directly to their Photos app. Tap the download icon when viewing a pose.

Q: How do I use the AI Assistant for captions?

A: Go to the AI Assistant tab and chat with PoseAI! Ask for Instagram captions, hashtag suggestions, styling advice, or photography tips. The AI is specifically trained to help with social media content and pose recommendations.

Q: I purchased Premium but don't see my features

A: Try tapping "Restore" on the premium screen first. If that doesn't work, restart the app or contact us at chamishka.dev@gmail.com.

Q: How do I clear my chat history with the AI Assistant?

A: In the AI Assistant screen, tap the "Clear" button in the top right corner to delete all chat messages.

Q: Can I use PoseMe offline?

A: Some features work offline (viewing saved favourites), but pose searching, AI assistant, and camera analysis require an internet connection to function properly.

Cancel Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or modify your subscription:

1. Open iPhone Settings

2. Tap your name at the top

3. Tap "Subscriptions"

4. Select PoseMe

5. Choose "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Canceling will stop future charges but you'll retain premium access until the current billing period ends.

Troubleshooting

Camera Not Working

• Ensure PoseMe has camera permissions in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera

• Restart the app and try again

• Make sure you have enough storage space on your device

Search Results Not Loading

• Check your internet connection

• Try different search terms

• Restart the app if the issue persists

AI Assistant Not Responding

• Verify you have an active internet connection

• Check if you have Premium access (AI assistant requires subscription)

• Try clearing the chat and starting a new conversation

App Crashes or Freezes

• Force close the app and restart it

• Update to the latest version from the App Store

• Restart your device if problems continue
