This document, referred to as the "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"), outlines the terms governing the collection and utilization of Personal Information from Users (referred to as "You") by Chamishka Dilina (referred to as "Developer") during the download, installation, and use of the mobile application "PoseMe" (hereinafter referred to as the "Mobile application").

CONSENT OF THE USER

By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile application, you (also referred to as the "User") voluntarily provide written consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy.

GENERAL TERMS

1.1. This Policy constitutes an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile application. By downloading and utilizing the Mobile application, you fully accept the terms outlined in this Policy. 1.2. The methods for processing Personal Information include actions such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without automated facilities. 1.3. Terms from the EULA and other agreements with the User are applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1. PoseMe collects limited user identification data necessary for subscription management and app functionality. This includes:

• User IDs generated by RevenueCat for subscription tracking

• Search queries and pose preferences for personalized recommendations

• Favourite poses saved by users to their profiles

• AI assistant conversation history for improved user experience 2.2. Personal Information may also include the User's email provided during product surveys, feedback submissions, or customer support requests. 2.3. The User acknowledges the use of third-party software (including RevenueCat for subscription management and Google Gemini AI for assistant features) in the Mobile application, which collects and transmits user identification data necessary for core app functionality.

DATA COLLECTED BY THE APP

3.1. PoseMe collects and stores the following data:

• Pose search history and preferences

• Favourite poses and collections

• AI assistant chat conversations and preferences

• User preferences and settings (themes, notification preferences)

• Image analysis data when using camera features for pose recognition

• App usage statistics and feature interaction data 3.2. Pose search data and favourites are primarily stored locally on your device. User identification data and subscription information is transmitted to RevenueCat servers for subscription management. AI conversations are processed through Google Gemini AI services. 3.3. Data Minimization: We only collect data that is necessary for the core functionality of the app - providing pose recommendations, AI assistance, and personalizing your experience. 3.4. Permission Requests: The app may request access to:

• Camera and photo library for pose analysis features (optional)

• Photo library for saving pose images (optional)

• Notifications for app updates and features (optional)

• Device storage for saving favourites and preferences 3.5. User identification data and subscription information is shared with RevenueCat for subscription management. AI conversation data is processed by Google Gemini AI for assistant functionality. Image analysis is performed using Google ML Kit services. No data is used for advertising or cross-app tracking purposes.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

Third-party software includes:

• RevenueCat for subscription management, which processes user identification data necessary for premium features

• Google Gemini AI for AI assistant functionality

• Google ML Kit for image analysis and pose recognition

• Pexels API for pose image content delivery Other third-party services may collect app performance metrics and crash data for technical improvement purposes. Users are informed when third-party data collection occurs, and such collection is limited to app functionality and improvement.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Developer does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13 years old (or under 16 in the EU). PoseMe is designed for young adults and teenagers (13+) interested in photography and social media. If data from children under the minimum age is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery. Parents or guardians may contact the Developer to review, update, or delete their child's data.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

The Developer uses Personal Information for:

• App functionality (subscription management, pose recommendations, AI assistance)

• Analytics (improving app features and recommendation algorithms)

• Product personalization (customizing pose suggestions based on user preferences)

• Communication and customer support

• Image processing for pose analysis and search functionality

USER'S RIGHTS

The User has rights to be informed, access, correct, restrict, object, withdraw consent, delete personal data, and receive data for portability. These rights can be exercised by contacting the Developer. Users can clear their search history and favourites through in-app settings.

DATA RETENTION

Personal Information will be stored for as long as necessary for app functionality or as required by law. Local app data can be deleted by uninstalling the application or using in-app data management features. AI conversation history can be cleared through the app's chat interface.

DATA PROTECTION

The Developer stores and protects Personal Information against unauthorized access according to industry standards and internal regulations. Local data is protected by your device's security features. All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Developer shares Personal Information with RevenueCat for subscription management, Google services for AI and image analysis functionality, and may transfer data to other third-party service providers for app functionality, with appropriate privacy protections in place.

AMENDMENTS AND DELETION

For questions, amendments, or deletion requests regarding Personal Information, users can contact the Developer at chamishka.dev@gmail.com.

AMENDMENTS TO PRIVACY POLICY

The Developer may amend this Policy with appropriate notice to users. Users are advised to regularly check the current version.
