By downloading, installing, or using the PoseMe mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About PoseMe

PoseMe is a photography and social media assistance application designed to help users discover pose ideas, get AI-powered caption suggestions, and improve their photography skills through pose recommendations and styling tips.

3. App Features

Free Features:

• Limited pose searches (up to 10 per day)

• Browse preset pose categories

• Basic pose recommendations

• Light and dark mode themes

Premium Features (Subscription Required):

• Unlimited pose searches

• Camera-based pose analysis and recommendations

• AI assistant for captions, hashtags, and styling advice

• Save unlimited poses to favourites

• Download poses to photo gallery

• Access to all glow-up tips and styling guides

• Priority customer support

4. Subscription Terms

Pricing:

• Weekly Subscription: $4.99

• Annual Subscription: $24.99

Subscription Details:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings

• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods

• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscription unless canceled

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

• Not share your subscription access with others

• Use the AI assistant responsibly and appropriately

• Respect intellectual property rights of pose images from Pexels

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws

• Not upload inappropriate content when using camera features

6. AI Assistant Usage

• The AI assistant is powered by Google Gemini AI and provides suggestions for captions, hashtags, and styling advice

• AI responses are generated automatically and should be reviewed before use

• The Developer is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content

• Users are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with social media platform guidelines

7. Data and Privacy

• Pose search data and favourites are primarily stored locally on your device

• User identification data and subscription information is shared with RevenueCat for subscription management

• AI conversations are processed through Google Gemini AI services

• Camera-based image analysis uses Google ML Kit services

• We collect limited personal information necessary for app functionality

8. Content and Intellectual Property

• PoseMe and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Chamishka Dilina

• Pose images are provided through Pexels API and are subject to Pexels licensing terms

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

• Users retain rights to their own photos when using camera analysis features

• Downloaded poses are for personal inspiration use only

9. App Store Terms

• This App is distributed through the Apple App Store

• Your use is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service

• All billing and subscription management is handled through the App Store

• For billing issues, contact Apple Support directly

10. Limitation of Liability

PoseMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any loss of saved poses or favourites data

• Interruptions in service or AI assistant availability

• Any damages arising from use of the App

• Compatibility issues with your device

• Quality or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions

• Issues arising from third-party image content

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

• Use AI assistant for generating inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content

• Interfere with other users' experience

• Use automated tools or bots with the App

• Violate any third-party rights when using app features

12. Camera and Image Features

• Camera access is optional and used only for pose analysis

• Images analyzed by the app are processed locally and through Google ML Kit

• Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to analyze any uploaded images

• The app does not store or share images uploaded for analysis

13. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the App to improve functionality and add features

• These Terms may be updated from time to time

• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

• We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms

• Discontinue the App with reasonable notice

• Limit access to features for inappropriate usage

The app integrates with several third-party services:

• Google ML Kit for image analysis

• Pexels API for pose image content Users acknowledge that these services have their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
