Terms & Conditions for PoseMatch

These terms and conditions apply to the PoseMatch app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Olga Nazaruc-Trembaci (collectively, the "Application"). Olga Nazaruc-Trembaci is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
1. License to Use Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Application.
2. Intellectual Property The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, branding, and interface. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Service Provider.
3. Privacy and Data Processing PoseMatch operates entirely offline. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or photos to external servers. All image processing (including silhouette generation via the Apple Vision framework) happens ephemerally and locally on your device. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Updates and Termination The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with future operating system versions. The Service Provider may terminate your use of the Application immediately if you breach these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes to These Terms We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
