This Privacy Policy applies to the Funergy - Fun Challenge application, available on both the Google Play Store (published by "World Quiz") and the Pose Match Filter Challenge Apple App Store (published by "Tuong Ly Kim").

We wish to clarify that the application was originally developed and launched under the developer name "World Quiz" on the Google Play Store. "World Quiz" has formally granted the developer "Tuong Ly Kim" the full and exclusive right to publish, manage, and distribute a version of this application on the Apple App Store platform.

This app is provided by World Quiz & Tuong Ly Kim at no cost and is intended for use as is. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is protected. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the App on all platforms where it is available, including the version on the Apple App Store and the version on the Google Play Store. Additionally, this Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information when using our app.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at our application, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

1. What Information We Collect

We collect specific types of data to enhance your app experience and ensure its functionality. Users have full control over any data they create, and it is never shared with third parties. You have the discretion to retain or delete your face data on your device.

The data we collect includes:

• Product Interaction

• Other Diagnostic Data

• Location Data (explained further below) 

We do not collect, store, or analyze any facial recognition or biometric data. Camera access is used solely to detect body pose landmarks in real-time, locally on the device.

Location Data:

This app also accesses location data to provide location-based features, such as optimizing app performance based on the user's environment. Location data may be accessed in the background to enable these features even when the app is not actively in use. However, this location data is not collected, stored, or shared with third parties. The user has control over how and when the app accesses location data through device settings. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality.

• Improve app performance and address issues such as crashes and bugs.

• Personalize the user experience.

• Deliver relevant advertisements.

• Analyze app usage to improve features and overall user satisfaction.

• Camera access is used exclusively to enable gameplay via on-device body pose tracking. No face data is stored or used beyond this purpose. 

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share certain data with trusted third-party service providers for specific purposes, such as analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These providers include:

• AdMob (for serving ads)

• Firebase Crashlytics (for crash reporting)

• Facebook (for advertising and analytics)

• OneSignal (for push notifications)

• Google Play Services (for app services and updates)

• Google Analytics for Firebase (for app usage analytics)

• Clarity by Microsoft or other heatmap tools (for user interaction tracking and heatmap analytics)

These third-party services may access specific data to perform their services but are not allowed to use your data for any other purpose.

We do not share face or camera data with any third parties, as no such data is collected or stored. 

Note: Location data is not shared with any third-party services or external partners.

4. Where We Store Your Information

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in various countries where our third-party service providers operate. By using the app, you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in these locations.

All camera-based processing is handled on-device. No face data is stored or transmitted to any server. 

5. User Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of data collected by our app. Since we do not require user accounts, we identify your data using the Device ID, Device Model, OS Version, and App Version.

How to Request Data Deletion:
To submit a request for data deletion:

2. Provide the necessary details (e.g., Device Model, OS Version, etc.) to help us locate your data.

3. Confirm your consent for data deletion.

Once submitted, we will process your request within 7-14 days, and confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have the ability to manage how data is collected and used within the app by adjusting your device settings. While our app does not use cookies, you may control certain data, such as advertising preferences, through your device settings or mobile app permissions.

• Opting Out on Multiple Devices: Remember to opt out separately on each device or browser if you use more than one.

7. How We Keep Your Information Secure

While we use reasonable measures such as encryption and secure transmission protocols to protect your data, the transmission of information over the internet carries some risk, and we cannot fully guarantee the security of data transmitted through the app.

Our technical and organizational safeguards are regularly updated to improve the security of our systems and ensure the protection of your data. However, we are not responsible for third-party services linked within the app, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information 

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the app and for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We also retain information when required to comply with legal obligations or when we have a legitimate business interest, such as improving the app’s functionality and enhancing its safety, security, and stability. Additionally, data may be retained for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

Since our app does not allow users to create accounts or collect user-generated content, we only retain data necessary for the app's operation, such as device and usage information. If you violate our Terms & Conditions, or other policies, certain information related to the violation may be retained to address the issue.

9. Children’s Privacy 

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 4 years of age. In the case that we discover a child under 4 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our servers.

10. Face Data Collection

Our app do collect the face data of users, using devices' camera to identify your external body features (including face, hands, feet, and general body outline) in real-time. Ịn other words, the app does not analyze or track any internal biometric data, nor does it perform any identity verification, health analysis, or emotion detection.

This data is used solely to help you imitate poses shown on screen which is the core function of our app. It enables us to display visual overlays for you to match your body position with our designed poses. This is entirely beneficial for our marking process, which is in the app's function as well. 

Since the data is strictly utilized to support the core functionality of our app, it is not shared with any third parties or external networks. All processing of this face data is performed in real-time, locally on your device. Therefore, it is retained on your device only for as long as you chooses. You have full discretion over your face data you create, including retain, share, delete... 

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after modifications to the policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
