I’ve got over 20 years’ experience managing teams and keeping things ticking, with a solid background in rubbish removal, bookings, and making sure our customers are looked after proper. The majority of my work takes place in the office or remotely. I take pride in making sure jobs get done smooth and on time, without the faff. Former Vice President of San Diego's #1 junk removal service DCHS and co-founder of POSCHE Co. in 2023. With no doubt, I know the owner! I recently stepped down from the executive role at POSCHE Co. Hauling Services for independent and family obligations. I describe myself as a blast in a glass, originally from New Jersey with Sicilian roots. My journey that lead me to this business is neither here, nor there. But at the end of the day, you will love our services! Yalla Habibi!

A single Latina mom practicing law since 2007. My experience I bring to the table widely varies from managing cabarets to selling fans in bulk quantities at the local Bazaar which make my talent like no other. I'm never afraid to put miles on it to get the job done. I take in every detail line by line. My proudest accomplishment consists of balancing DEI hiring ratios for major rail corporations since 2019.

Beyond those services I manage, I also oversee and monitor performance of vendors and when work is unsatisfactory or unacceptable, I do not holdback iniating the dispute process. Can't wait to meet you, my dear!

A former wedding planner and pianist. Working behind the scenes at POSCHE gives me the oppurtunity to plan your dream hauling! I used to book the caterers, pick the piñatas, choose the best man, and select the venue—now I'm the entertainment at POSCHE Co.  I can't wait! It's the best I could do on short notice. Oya mija!

I started junk removal at the young age of 16. The owner here bought me all the supplies I needed to get started and put me to work. However, I quickly realized it was in my best interest to just come work here after all.

My life goal is to become an actor since I'm so good at it!
