Meet The Team

I’ve got over 20 years’ experience managing teams and keeping things ticking, with a solid background in rubbish removal, bookings, and making sure our customers are looked after proper. The majority of my work takes place in the office or remotely. I take pride in making sure jobs get done smooth and on time, without the faff. Looking forward to giving you a hand with whatever you need shifting! Cheerio! 

Former Vice President of San Diego's #1 junk removal service and co-founder of POSCHE Co. in 2023. I recently stepped down from the executive role at POSCHE Co. Hauling Services for independent and family obligations. I describe myself as a blast in a glass, originally from New Jersey with Greek-Sicilian roots. 

We believe in diversity, equality and second chances. I always count on myself to help my team step out of their comfort zone and try something different. On a separate note, my journey or shall I say the pursuit quite literally that led me to this industry did not go as planned. But, at the end of the day, you will love our services! Yalla Habibi!

Being a single Latina mom practicing law since 2007 from the Midwest is my motivation. The experience I bring to the table widely varies from managing cabarets to selling cooling fans in bulk quantities at the local Bazaar which make my talent like no other. I'm never afraid to put miles on it to get the work done. I take in every detail line by line, no matter how many states I have to travel. My proudest accomplishment in life has to be my participation in balancing DEI hiring ratios for several major corporations since 2019.

I apply my legal skills to this business whenever needed. Outside of my duties to POSCHE Co, at any given moment, I am always found serving my friends, family and loved ones. Lifes so much simpler to manage when you're representing all of them.

A former wedding planner and pianist. Working behind the scenes at POSCHE gives me the oppurtunity to plan your dream hauling! I used to book the caterers, pick the piñatas, choose the best man, and select the venue—now I'm the entertainment at POSCHE Co.  I can't wait! It's the best I could do on short notice. Oya mija!

Successfully managing webpage development and SEO optimization for mulitiple business for over 20 years. You likely typed in "Dumpster Rental Near Me" and found us! Personally knowing the owner of Google really helps. 

Beyond those services I manage, I also oversee and monitor performance of vendors and when work is unsatisfactory or unacceptable, I intervene to assist. Can't wait to meet you, my dear!

A former Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I came to the POSCHE company because I love what they stand for.
