5 Outlaws

In addition to being a photographer, I'm certified as a cosmetologist and esthetician, and I'm a professional hair and makeup artist specializing in HD and sfx makeup for productions.

In February 2023, I had the opportunity to work as key makeup artist on a full-feature film shot in the Santa Cruz mountains. Scroll down to see a few BTS shots I captured while working on this gritty western film, 5 Outlaws, directed by Austen Paul and Joey Palmroos.

Below is a portrait of John Schumacher, father of Austen Paul, one of the directors of 5 Outlaws and a Saddlebag.  John, who played a detective, allowed me to photograph him during our downtime on set.
