2018-2020 (10th-11th Grade)
TechnoNatura's robotics team focuses on creating large scale robots with specific goals being set by the FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition). The team has several divisions with their own purposes. There are the Business Division, the Mechanical Division, Electrical Division, and the Media Division.
As Java Knights' Business Division's Leader
Job: Monitor, help and communicate with teammates about their jobs and how to finish them.
I decided to divide the division further to achieve maximum efficiency. The sub-divisions are :
Partner Relation: The members in this sub-division are responsible to maintain and also connect with old and new sponsors. They would prepare presentations, arrange meetings, create official documents, and arrange agreements between the team and the companies and/or organisations.
Public Relation: This division takes care of the team's brand image, engage with the public audience, and arrange events to bring awareness towards Java Knights.
Finance: They are in charge of the team's finance whilst jotting them down both digitally and manually. All incomes and expenses should always be recorded to ensure Java Knights finance's safety. All the events
As Java Knights' Only Girl Programmer
Job: In charge of programming the spinner.
The goal is to spin the wheel exactly 3x and at the second phase, the robots have to spin the wheel at a specific colour so that the demanded colour would stop at the colour sensor.
Café / Restaurant
*all the income from the café are used for the robot's development
Car Free Day
*A once every 2 weeks event we held to raise awareness towards robots as a media for learning, STEAM, and Women in STEM
@America
*A place made by the US embassy for people to share and to learn new things about certain topics. The Java Knights shared our experiences about robotics and our past competitions.
Robotics Class
*Another event arranged by the business to raise funds for the robot building. The class consists of simple introductions to Robotics, Programming and Designing.
Habibie Festival
The biggest STEM festival created and named after Indonesia's famous engineer B J Habibie. The festival let the team share more about Java Knights and the upcoming competition.
Sponsorship pitching
The business team presented our sponsorship proposal to companies after a long process of submitting and connecting with these organisations.
