NEEDED gear: girls lacrosse stick, goggles, mouthguard, and soccer or lacrosse cleats. Monkey Sports has a lacrosse monkey section that has a variety of gear for girls lacrosse players. Stringking composite sticks are one of the most popular sticks. For mouthguards, SISU is a very well-known brand that has mouthguards that aren't too big and will let you talk easily.
Players can get extra practice by playing wall ball, playing with teammates, private lessons, clinics, and club lacrosse. Some lacrosse clubs that are very popular among Orange County girls are SoCal Express and Frenzy Lacrosse Club. There are a lot of resources passed around by word of mouth so feel free to ask the varsity players!
The 2024 Girls' High School lacrosse rules have been updated and are linked here.
