Mr. Shrum started his teaching career at Portland West Middle School in 2015 and transitioned to Portland High School in fall of 2021. Mr. Shrum is an alumni of Beech High School and the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Geiger began teaching at Portland East Middle School in 2008. Mr. Geiger is an alumni of Beech High School and has undergraduate degrees from the University of Kentucky and a graduate degree from Lipscomb University.
