How Global Outfitters began.
Years ago, the leadership at New Heights Church (Fayetteville, AR) took a missions course called Perspectives on the World Christian Movement. That class forever changed the trajectory of our church. We long to see Jesus glorified among every tribe, tongue and nation, and this holy longing drives much of our decision making as a church. It dictates our finances, our teaching, and our partnerships. Out of this heart, Global Outfitters was created as both the missions arm of New Heights Church and a stand-alone missions organization, so that we may more effectively help our own people get overseas, as well as also being a missions resource for the wider Jesus-following community around us.
It is a Jesus intimacy class,
a fall in love with your Bible again class,
a use your gifts class,
a grow in God class,
a love God and love your neighbor class,
and a dream with Jesus class.
Yes, it's a lot of time.
Yes, it's a lot of effort.
Yes, it's a lot of money.
Yes, it's life-changing.
Yes, it's worth it.
Don't let this chance pass you by."

Perspectives is an outstanding way to know about and be involved in the world Christian movement. Investing 15 weeks in the course will give you the biblical, historical, cultural, and strategic tools to participate in the renewed interest in Jesus who is the incarnation of the Self-giving God who came to build a community of the Spirit embodying that same kind of serving, caring missional people. I give my highest recommendation to this course.
