Project Summary

The aim of this project was to pilot the rollout of tabletop tablet menus at two of Sauce & Spoon's five locations. This initiative sought to enhance service speed, optimize table turnover, and increase guest capacity. Furthermore, the implementation of these tablets provided a new avenue for data collection to help ensure the restaurant's ongoing success.

Misalignments and Decisions

During the project, several misalignments and decisions were identified and resolved, ensuring a focused and effective project rollout. Notably, decisions regarding order returns policies and staff satisfaction metrics were deferred to separate operational discussions to maintain the project's scope and focus.

Selected Deliverables

For this portfolio, I have chosen to showcase the following deliverables:

1. Project Charter: This document outlines the project's objectives, scope, deliverables, and benefits, providing a comprehensive overview of the project's foundation.

Justification for Selected Deliverables

Throughout the project, a significant amount of information was shared through various channels such as conversations, emails, and survey data. However, it is impractical to integrate all this information into the portfolio page. Therefore, I have chosen to present these specific deliverables because they collectively provide a thorough yet concise representation of the project's lifecycle:
