Usrah is interpreted as a meeting involving Islamic religious activities such as discussion of a topic. The word usrah comes from the Arabic word meaning "family". However, the usrah medium is not limited to discussion only. There are other mediums such as pilgrimage, outdoor activities, mosques and houses. Usrah is the foundation of the formation of a Muslim individual tarbiyah. The modern era was pioneered by Imam Hassan al Banna during the early establishment of the Muslim Brotherhood.

From the poster, we can conclude that cheerising life is an important aspect in order to live healthily and happily
There are few ways to cheerish your life which is by:
Be thankful : Allah has provide us with every single things we need either we like or dislike as he know the best for his servant
Be true to who you are : Honesty towards own self is indeed important cause we know our own limits and cannot statisfy every single expectation on us so, sometimes its ok to say no
Do what you love : When someone do something they like they will do it with passion despite burden in it so we dont feel the hardness in it
Self appreciation : This thing is important to one own selves cause loving your own self doesnt mean you are selfish but simply to reward your soul
Make the world a better place : By making the world a better place we not only making our lives better but also the others as we share the world together, we must always spread positivity
P/S;
Whenever you feel distressed or insecure about your own selves, remember Allah do not see you by your wealth or looks, but by your faith and good deeds as he said
وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Do not falter or grieve, for you will have the upper hand, if you are ˹true˺ believers.
(Ali Imran;139)
