My professional journey began in 2021 when I joined the Dakshin Bedkashi Union Digital Center (UDC) as an Alternative Entrepreneur (Computer Operator). It was my first real experience of serving people using technology.

I helped local citizens with essential digital public services, such as:

• Applying online for birth registration and job applications

• Assisting with government allowance forms

• Typing and printing official certificates & documents

• Helping the Union Parishad office with data entry, list preparation, and digital record keeping

That experience taught me how technology can directly impact people’s daily lives it wasn’t just typing; it was connecting people to opportunities.

In May 2023, I joined Satkhira Net Service a trusted IT and computer shop where I was hired to manage customer service and financial records. But soon, my role expanded beyond that.

Now I’m responsible for managing the company’s website and all digital platforms, ensuring smooth online operations and creative content presentation.

My work includes:

• Uploading and editing product details on the website

• Writing engaging descriptions and updates

• Managing online customers and queries

• Handling financial transactions and daily ledgers

• Designing banners, posters, and product advertisements

Over time, my skills in website management, content writing, and graphic design have grown rapidly through real, hands-on projects.

Because of my growing interest in writing, I started working with Blogger websites.

I now run my own blog and also write for other Blogger sites focusing on technology, digital tools, and personal growth.

These experiences helped me build strong skills in:

• Writing SEO-friendly blog posts

• Creating engaging product descriptions

• Crafting meaningful articles that inform and inspire readers

My writing reflects my curiosity and my wish to make complex digital topics simple for everyone.

Since childhood, design has been my favorite way to express creativity.

I started designing logos, banners, and typography on an Android phone, using simple tools but big imagination. Those early experiments slowly turned into a lifelong passion for digital design.

Even today, I love keeping my designs simple yet eye-catching clean lines, balanced colors, and fonts that speak louder than words. I spend time choosing the right color harmony and typography, because I believe these two can completely change how a viewer feels about a design.

• YouTube Thumbnails that grab instant attention

• Promotional Graphics for Facebook, Instagram & online campaigns

Each piece I create tells a story sometimes bold, sometimes minimal, but always meaningful.
