Context: In the history of humanity we have necessary resources, capabilities and technology to address issues on the planet- poverty, health, education etc. We have tremendous tools of science and tech at our disposal- powerful enough to make or break the world. But if these instruments is not accompanied by the Compassion, Inclusiveness, Balance, and Maturity, we could be on the brink of global disaster. - Text taken from the book titled- Inner Engineering by Sadhguru
Let's unfold these four core elements!
Compassion: Understanding and addressing others' needs and emotions with empathy.
Personalized Learning: Use technology to tailor educational experiences to meet the diverse needs of learners, recognizing their individual learning styles and challenges. For example, adaptive learning platforms
Support Systems: Implement tools that offer additional support for students who may be struggling, such as online tutoring or mental health resources.
Empathy in Design: Develop and choose educational technologies with an understanding of learners' emotional and social needs. Ensure tools are user-friendly and considerate of varying levels of digital literacy.
Inclusiveness: Ensuring everyone has access and feels welcome, regardless of differences.
Accessibility: For example, including features like screen readers, subtitles, and adjustable text sizes.
Equity: Use technology to bridge gaps rather than widen them. For example, providing resources to learners from underserved communities
Cultural Sensitivity: Incorporate diverse perspectives and content in educational materials and platforms, respecting and valuing different cultural backgrounds and experiences.
Balance: Maintaining a harmonious approach by integrating various elements effectively.
Screen Time Management: Balance the use of technology with other forms of learning and activities like hands-on projects or outdoor learning experiences.
Holistic Approach: Integrate technology that complements and enhances traditional teaching methods rather than replacing them entirely. Use technology to support, not overshadow, face-to-face interactions and experiential learning.
Well-Being: Promote healthy technology use habits and ensure that digital tools are used to support well-being rather than contribute to stress.
Maturity: Acting with wisdom, responsibility, and thoughtful consideration
Critical Thinking: Encourage learners to use technology responsibly and develop critical thinking skills. Teach them to evaluate the credibility of online sources and the implications of their digital footprint.
Ethical Use: Promote ethical behavior in using technology. This includes respecting intellectual property, understanding privacy concerns, and using digital tools in ways that uphold academic integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine the use of educational technology to ensure it meets evolving needs and aligns with best practices. Stay informed about advancements and seek feedback from students and educators to make informed decisions.

How to search?
Visit the website -> Type your keywords -> Filter using date or year of publications -> Check the number of citations (More citation refers to high validity of research) -> Click on the link of the paper -> Read the abstract -> Decide the relevance -> Read full paper or Repeat the process
Note: I prefer using "Google Scholar" as it has a very simple interface
Answer the following questions to write your abstract-
Here is a problem (1 line)
It is an interesting problem? (1 line)
Here is how other people have approached it. (1 line)
It is an unsolved problem. (1 line)
Here is my idea. (1-2 lines)
Here is how my idea works; details/data. (1-2 lines)
This is my key contribution. (1 line)

Section 1.
Database- Which database was used to find papers?
Keywords- What was keywords used to find relevant papers?
Tool- Which tool was used to bookmark, save, highlight the content?
Strategy(Data organization)- How the data is being oranized?
Section 2.
Numbers- How many papers were reviewed?
Types- What type of papers were reviewed?
Selection criteria- What was the selection critiers? Any primary reason?
Significance- Why these papers/documents/reports/books were selected? How these documents will help in your study?
Limitation- What was excluded?
Example:
The literature review began with searches of the databases found in the University of Phoenix and Fairfield University online libraries. Keywords used included professional development, adult learning, online learning, online professional development, learning theory, educational technology, 21st century skills, knowledge management, and educational standards. The databases used ultimately expanded to EBSCOhost, ProQuest, Gale Powersearch, the ISTE, Google Scholar, EdlTLib, and the Association for Educational Communication and Technology databases. Resources were stored and organized using the social bookmarking tool DIIGO. Tags were used for organizational purposes. Organizational tag terms included online, professional development, standards, peer-reviewed, dissertation, learning theory, and adult learning.
This literature review includes a discussion of 107 works. These works include 62 peer-reviewed studies, 33 educational texts, eight doctoral dissertations, and seven government educational standards documents. The educational texts and government educational standard documents were reviewed primarily to develop the discussions of the evolution of professional development. For this literature review, educational texts were defined as any educational books or papers that are not peer-reviewed. Peerreviewed articles were identified by the review process prescribed by the journal in which they appeared (Creswell, 2013). The evaluation of the peer-reviewed studies was used primarily as part of the discussion of the qualities of effective professional development, both traditional and online.
Selection criteria for inclusion in this literature review included (a) peerreviewed journals that addressed the definition and qualities of effective professional development, (b) research-based educational texts that addressed the same topics but were not peer-reviewed, and (c) educational texts and government educational standards documents that provided framing information about important professional development requirements and paradigms. Texts that addressed online professional development not specific to K–12 public education were excluded.
Context
For any researcher the understanding of a Systematic Literature Review(SLR) is very crucial. Artificial intelligence has made this tedious process easy for us. Prof. Syaamantak Das at IDP in ET, IIT Bombay explained me the mechanism behind doing any literature reivew successfully.
Example
Suppose the broad question is "What is the impact of Artificial Intellgience in School Education". For that purpose, we may have 2-3-4 questions that we want to investigate. The first step we take is search for the seed paper. From seed paper we get the leaf papers, we get ancestors, and successors.
Now this happens for our reserach question 1, 2, 3 and so on. We get Reserach paper(RP) 1, RP 2, RP3
When we combine all these papers in our databasem it becomes our knowledge base.

Context
During a course titled "Reserach Method in Educational Technology" offered by Educational Technology IIT Bombay, credit students conducted a research study on Computational Thinking among middle school students using an app that facilitates computational thinking. All students particiapted in the writing the paper(differnet sections).
Challenge
How should we write the authors name in the paper?
Is there any way to decide the ranking of authors in the paper if there are more than two authors?
What should be the criteria of adding multiple authors in a paper?
Solution
Upon discussion with the course instructor(Prof. Sahana Murty), she suggested a scientific way to decide the rankings of authors in the paper.
Each authors will have to write down their intellectual and general contribution. Intellectual contribution includes writing any section of the paper, designign the study etc. and general contribution includes organzing study, sending invitations, taking care of the participants, creating spreadsheets etc.
Key
The key is that intellectual contribution is given more weightage than the general contribution.
Context
Prof. Sahana Murty is the project investigator for the project titled EdTech Tulna. EdTech Tulna provides a research backed comprehensive rubric to evalute an Indian based EdTech Product.
Recently, Gujrat government has planned to adopt some EdTech products that will be evaluated by teachers using TULNA Index before procurement. Tulna team has been preparing a guideline document that will be handed over to the teachers to evalute an EdTech product.
Approach
Prof. Sahana suggested that to make this document more robust, easy to use and efficient we should be able to explain one concept in 5 Levels of Difficult.
A child - A teenage- A college student- A professional & An expert
If we successfully do this job then we can claim that we have created a highly user friendly document.
