Safe Orthopaedics has implemented a new tool, a CRM (Client Relation Management) beginning of 2021. The CRM implemented was Hubspot.

In order for the sales team in France and abroad, as well as the management team, to be trained in the use of the tool, we have created weekly virtual classes in French and English.

I ran these classes for 3 months, covering all the topics needed to get to grips with the CRM.

In order to run these classes, I produced the training materials in PowerPoint which we then integrated into the company's LMS so that the employees could review them at their leisure.
