¡Hola!
My name is Hal Freeland. I am reflective and detail-oriented, especially with my work, and in social situations. I take care to consider the outcomes of my actions and words and I value credibility and follow-through. I’m comfortable connecting with people from different backgrounds and perspectives, and I think in long-term horizons, prioritizing sound judgment and durable outcomes over short-term momentum. I am also a curious quick learner who values being having skills and knowledge in various fields.

Business, Language, and Culture with a Psychological Perspective
My academic work focuses on international business in cross-cultural contexts, with Spanish serving as both a working language and a tool for understanding cultural nuance. Through completing a minor in psychology, I’ve added a behavioral lens to how I interpret decision-making, communication, and organizational dynamics across markets.
