The Murder Mavens are at it again, helping the sheriff solve yet another murder in Brindlewood Bay.  A body washes in from the bay, his family said he "fell overboard". Sheriff Dalrymple doesn't believe them. He asks the Maven's to help him find evidence of foul play. Character creation is handled at the table.

Brindlewood Bay is a tabletop roleplaying game that combines Murder, She Wrote with H.P. Lovecraft. In it, you play a group of elderly women, members of the local Murder Mavens Mystery Book Club, who help the authorities solve murder cases in a picturesque New England Town. The game combines various tropes from detective shows in the 1980s and includes a lot of role playing using the 3d6 Powered by the Apocalypse system. The solution is not known to the keeper. You, the players, get to determine the solution.

This is a beginner friendly game, all experience levels are welcome. All materials will be provided.

You and your friends, who have recently publicly announced you are an adventuring troupe, have been approached by the town counsel to "Go see what's going on for she's obviously lost her mind!"  

This is intended for new comers to D&D 5e (2014), and those who have never played an RPG.  Pre-generated 2nd level character sheets and dice will be provided.  

You awaken dazed and confused. You are in a small clearing in the woods, an open meadow of sorts, carpeted with grass and pink wildflowers. Until the Hellfire Wizard Ozborn Sabbath raised powerful temples and showed the depraved prisoners of Rokk forgotten lore from beneath the Riffs, unlocked by the forgotten light of Bal-lad!  The lore of Oremagodden!  Now referred as "The Metal".  The might of Oremagodden, Metal, lays dormant within all.  It need only be summoned from deep within.  Now using ancient instruments, the people can rise up and rebel against the Lords of greed!

Stewpot: Tales from a Fantasy Tavern is a collection of small games from Evil Hat Productions. In the spirit of Legends and Lattes by Travis Baldree, this game lets you, a retired adventurer, play out different parts of running a tavern and settling down in a town together with your old adventuring party (or a bunch of random strangers - you decide). 

This is a ROLE-PLAYING game-role play is required. (this does not mean you need to be an expert at role playing, just that you must participate in the role playing)  No Experience necessary.
