I can log in to the Student Portal without any issues, and I have been granted access to print the Exam Slip. Nevertheless, I am unable to print the Exam Slip.
There are two issues that can cause this to happen.
What should I do if I receive a message like the one below when trying to get my Exam Slip?
"Note:You are not allowed to print the exam slip. Please refer to the Credit Control/ Financial Aid Department for more information."
Answer:
Students should go to the Operations Department to proceed with the necessary actions.
This issue may occur if your web browser blocks pop-ups from the SMART Student Portal website. Students are advised to update their web browsers or use other browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge to access the portal.
If the Exam Slip does not appear as a pop-up, please enable the pop-up settings in your browser. Refer to the diagram below for guidance.
