6. I do not have problems logging into the Student Portal. Access to print Slip Exam has also been granted. But, I failed to print the Slip Exam?

This situation may occur if existing web browsers do not allow "pop-ups" from the SMART Student Portal website. Students are advised to update web browsers or use other web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari and Mozilla Firefox to access the SMART Student Portal.
If the Exam Slip is not "pop-up", please enable "Pop-Up settings" for the web browser you are using. Please refer to the diagram below.
