I am new to this API, I tried it with ArcGIS Online it works fine. But when I try to connect to our local ArcGIS portal, it doesn't work. Can anybody kindly point me to the right direction? I highly suspect that the problem is the API can't pick up my windows credentials which is required to login the portal.

Update: I just tried the python window in ArcGIS Pro, I can login our portal from there omitting the username and password ---- and I print out the user information, it seems the API picked up my windows login inside of ArcGIS Pro. Python window in Pro is not the ideal environment for me to do my tasks.

The Division I Council on Wednesday approved changes to notification-of-transfer windows across all sports, including a reduction from 60 to 45 total days in both FCS and FBS football, and 45 consecutive days for men's and women's basketball.

The Division I Council on Wednesday approved changes to notification-of-transfer windows across all sports, including a reduction from 60 to 45 total days in both FCS and FBS football and a reduction from 60 to 45 consecutive days for men's and women's basketball.

"We are pleased the student-athlete voice was acknowledged and emphasized as part of the conversation about amending transfer windows," said Cody Shimp, chair of the Division I SAAC and former baseball student-athlete at St. Bonaventure. "We are happy that the council was able to find common ground and push forward a 45-day window to continue to provide a reasonable period of time for student-athletes to make rational and informed decisions about their athletic and academic futures."

New transfer windows for Football Bowl Subdivision and Football Championship Subdivision football will include a 30-day window beginning the Monday after FBS conference championship games. For student-athletes on teams that compete in the postseason (for example: College Football Playoff, FCS championship, bowl games) there will be an additional five-day transfer window following the contest.

"In both men's and women's basketball, the council determined that a 45-day window that concludes on or before May 1 best enables coaches to understand their current rosters, provides stability for student-athletes remaining at the school as they prepare for summer basketball, and encourages student-athletes who intend to transfer to do so before final exams at their current schools and summer school application deadlines at most campuses," said Lynda Tealer, chair of the council and deputy athletics director at Florida. "Moving forward, we will continue to evaluate the impact of transfer windows on student-athletes, coaches and athletics programs."

The Division I Council had proposed changes to the portal in January that would have seen a reduction from 60 total days to 30, but voted Tuesday to instead shrink the window to 45 days. This does not impact when a student-athlete can transfer, only when they can enter their name into the NCAA database to transfer without penalty.

The NCAA Division I Council on Wednesday approved a smaller window during which football and basketball players can enter their names into the transfer portal and still be eligible to play at a new school the following season.

Football coaches had called for shorter windows, and it became apparent that most players were acting quickly so they could switch schools and join their new teams in time for the winter/spring semester.

The transfer windows allow undergraduates to transfer and retain immediate eligibility once; they can transfer outside the windows but would need to wait a year to play. Graduate transfers have more flexibility, with a deadline to enter the portal by May 1 for fall sports and July 1 for spring semester sports.

I have recently setup Guest Authentication with MAC caching on Clearpass to work with Cisco 9800 wireless controllers. (Quite a dev process).

When users connect to the guest network, Clearpass checks to see if their mac address is "Known" in the Endpoints Repository. If it is not known then the default Enforcement Profile gives them the ACL and Redirection URL to a ClearPass Portal.

Most devices are working up to this point and redirect correctly. But Windows laptops are not.

Windows gets an IP address and the correct DNS servers, etc. But, they CANNOT resolve URLs.

Again, all other devices are working and DNS works properly, its just Windows laptops.

Because they cannot resolve DNS, they cannot get to the portal.

We are using enterprise openDNS servers with Cisco Umbrella for wireless users.

Has anyone seen something like this before? And, were you able to resolve it?

Does anyone have something to try, because I am out of ideas.

Thanks!

Bob

Unable to redirect to portal on Windows platform. Investigation required to identify the root cause. Possible issues might include misconfigured network settings, firewall restrictions, or authentication problems. Need to check DNS resolution, proxy configurations, and ensure proper gateway settings. Also, verify if the user has appropriate permissions to access the portal. Further troubleshooting needed for resolution.

I've managed to install/configure BAM with no problems in W2008/x64.What I can't seem to do is getting the BAM portal to work, however. Without x32 compat enabled in the app pool, I get an expected assembly loading error. With x32 app compat enabled, I just get blank pages in the web, even when adding a static .html page to the site. 0852c4b9a8
