• 3 direct legs (Legs must include 1-MD or 2-SA)
• 75,000 base net points [5]
• $35,000 or more in a rolling 12 months or $20,000 in cash flow in a rolling six months

Rolling 6 Months/12 Months

• 150,000 base net points/225,000 base net points [5]
• 20,000 cash flow (Rolling 6 months)/$35,000 cash flow (Rolling 12 months)
