Why do I need to succeed in 2024?
XX has supported me for so many years, suffering through the politics and the mental stress of wanting to spend more time with kids. I must liberate her, as a husband and father, I must give her the time she wants to contribute to kids’ development.
I must be more intense about what will win for my family and our team than I have ever been before. All the work we have done up to now has prepared us for this move. Do not waste this golden opportunity to win BIG.
Lead the team with more enthusiasm and energy every day. Everything you have ever wanted to achieve is on the line. This time will NOT last forever! Give it ALL YOU HAVE!!
We must gear up recruiting and licensing CONSTANTLY. This is my greatest strength and ability. I am the most focused person in this company on recruiting and licensing.
I must personally recruit 3 people and recruit 10 people in my base and have 2 new licenses in January
I must hit 15000 personal points and 30K base points this month in January
Be intense about these goals and what you need to do to accomplish them! I am willing to give most of my time and invest a great deal of emotional intensity and mental energy to achieve total victory in WFG! In my business, I will be constantly positive to grind it out and love it! It will never get too tough for me!
My ultimate priority is rapid, effective Growth! We must always be after it. Every day is important! All of us need to be talking about the same things. It must be simple and consistent. Be obsessed with recruiting and licensing. Never take your concentration off of it. Recruiting and Licensing IS our business! Always talk it, constantly challenge the team and our leadership to recruit, license, build, and lead.
Baseshop:
1. My baseshop is the originating source of all power, prestige, and income and the key to the big time. I must build and maintain a giant baseshop, my number 1 priority! I must also build a huge first generation team of 100 SMDs in order to have a chance at total victory.
2. Think BIG and keep it simple. I have to be able to do the same things over and over again!
3. Work HARD, set a superb personal example. Keep your personal activity HIGH. Continue to personally recruit and field train as an example to others and NEVER quit your number 1 job.
4. Follow up every aspect of our recruiting and licensing system. Control the point of contact. Make sure a new recruit is being helped to make contact with their natural market effectively. Motivate leaders to help.
5. Always keep the pipeline full. All big winners recruit and license BIG!
6. Do an effective BPM and teach it to others. Make sure the BPM is always full of energy and conviction.
7. Follow-up all interviews, meetings, and classes and make sure they are motivational and enthusiastic. Keep the team on fire. Make sure more and more new and old people are coming to our meetings. Build a great high-energy environment
8. We must recruit above ourselves. Check age, marital, financial, and business status of our recruits. Instill a sense of urgency to our leaders to follow up FAST!
9. Challenge Recruiting, Field Training, Licensing from day 1. Focus people on their next promotion/goal. We are a SMD factory. 50 by the time you are an SMD.
10. Always be an outspoken crusader. Educate the team constantly on how and why we are right.
11. Make sure recruits own the product. Make sure all people who come to BPM and followed-up about the product. They ALL need it.
12. Promote Baseshop meetings, business format schools, fundamental workshops, training events, and big events. Stretch their vision. Capture their imagination in every meeting
13. Constantly review the field proficiency of our leaders. Always check new and existing leadership.
14. Expect a high volume of activity from all leaders in the team. 4 recruits, 2 licenses, 8 sales per month. Hope up successful leaders as heroes in the team.
15. Checklist: Our baseshop leaders must be good at and know how to
a. Business Plan and set goals
b. Develop and maintain prospect lists
c. Invite to BPMs
d. Control the point of contact
e. Get people licensed

g. Run powerful, sincere, BPMs and classes
h. Good follow-up interviews
i. Recruit one-on-one
j. Field train effectively
k. Use referral system and matchup system
l. Compliance
m. Promote meetings
n. Follow-up and monitor all aspects of their business all the time
16. Communicate! Communicate! Communicate!!! Constant Personal Communication. I am a compulsive communicator!
17. Talk to first generation SMDs and key leaders every week about their recruiting numbers, points, possibility thinking. Inspire them to excel, meet them personally at least once per month. Produce at least 3 new SMDs by December 31st. 2024
18. Meet with our leaders at all levels. Watch for and communicate with promising newcomers in the base.
19. Struggle to grow and improve myself. My abilities in the areas of motivation, communication, recognition, and personal relationships must always be improving! Concentrate on becoming better EVERY day!
20. Within all my work, keep a great positive attitude. Express love and praise constantly to the team. Search for reasons to recognize and praise. Develop and create and active recognition program. Always work hard to make others feel good.
21. Always be in the dream selling business. Sell the Dream! Sell the Dream! Sell the Dream! Build a powerful, high-energy environment.
22. Think bigger, think bigger! THINK BIGGER! Think bigger than you ever have before. Always crank it up! Never accept defeat! Keep Attacking!
23. Make and save BIG money. Earn $250K before 12/31/2024. Save 10K per month! Net Worth is my priority, Not Life Style!
24. To Win Big and Be Happy, my priorities must be in order. Swim 4 times a day EVERY week. Take 1 time per week to bring Henry to Mom’s. Give June a small gift every week. I WILL fulfill spiritual, family, emotional, physical, and financial goals. My vision must be eternal. A winner is a winner in every area of life. This is life’s great challenge.
25. DON’T EVER LET UP!!! Be Competitive, be intense, you are MEANT to be #1. Don’t let anybody take your spot at the top. Always be in the hunt, always be disciplined, manage your time, and attend to your family. Do all the things you need to do to win BIG. HUH! HUH! HUH!
