Step 1: Seller Inquiry / Product Submission

1. Sellers submit product details via **Seller Inquiry Form

2.  Include: Product Name, Amazon listing, delivery instructions, batch size, and preferred timeline

3. We review the product and assign it to verified testers

Step 2: Tester Selection

1. From the Apply Form, we select **verified testers

2. Check: previous sample media (optional), location, device capability

3. Invite selected testers to **dedicated WhatsApp Group

Step 3: Product Instructions & Content Guidelines**

1.  In WhatsApp Group / private page:

2.  Product search keyword / Amazon link (for testing)

3.  Delivery instructions

4.  Content requirements:

   * Photos (5–15)

   * 30–60 sec video

   * Written honest feedback (150–300 words)

  * Submission deadline

  * Payment terms

Step 4: Content Creation & Submission**

1. Testers receive product

2. They capture photos/videos and submit via **Google Drive / ZIP link**

3. All submissions named with tester name + product + type 

4. Admin reviews and confirms content is complete

Step 5: Delivery to Seller

1. All content organized in **Drive folder / ZIP file

2. Shared with seller via Gmail / WeChat / Telegram

3. Seller verifies content → payment released

Step 6: Feedback & Improvement

1.  Testers provide insights on product quality

2.  Sellers get actionable feedback to improve product listing

3. Optional: future batches for continuous content generation
