Submitting a request is no longer required.

If you would like to make your selections on line rather than in person, please use the Detailed Quilting Request Form.

If you will be bringing a quilt by that you need to have rushed, please fill out the Rush Request Form.

This request is for our customers who aren't able to bring their quilts to the house to pick patterns and thread colors.

Rush Request Form

This request is for our customers who have an upcoming quilt that may need to be rushed. The sooner we know about the need to put a rush on a quilt the more likely we are to be able to meet the requested date. We can't guarantee that we can meet your requested date, but we will try our best to meet your request.
