POPSHE – CXone – NICE is a Chrome extension designed to enhance the NICE CXone platform by enabling support for additional messaging capabilities such as stickers, emojis, and voice messages across integrated messaging platforms including Telegram, LINE, and Zalo.
This extension is intended for use by authorized NICE CXone users only.
The extension temporarily accesses and stores Bearer authentication tokens from NICE CXone API requests in order to authenticate and extend CXone functionality.
These tokens are:
Stored locally within your browser using localStorage and chrome.storage
Used solely for authenticating requests to NICE CXone APIs
Never transmitted to any external servers outside of official NICE CXone domains
Automatically expired and invalidated according to NICE CXone security policies
The extension stores limited configuration data, including:
NICE CXone API base URLs
User-selected preferences related to messaging platform integrations
All configuration data is stored locally within your browser and is not transmitted externally.
The extension may process authentication tokens, which may be considered personal data under applicable privacy and data protection laws.
The extension does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, message content, or browsing history outside of the NICE CXone platform.
The extension processes data exclusively to:
Authenticate with NICE CXone APIs
Enable enhanced messaging features within NICE CXone
Maintain necessary configuration settings for proper operation
No data is used for advertising, analytics, tracking, or profiling purposes.
Local Storage Only: All data is stored locally within your browser environment
No Third-Party Transmission: No data is transmitted to third-party or external servers
Restricted Domains: The extension only operates on the following authorized domains:
https://cxagent.nicecxone.com/*
https://*.niceincontact.com/*
Appropriate technical measures are used to ensure data remains confined to the local browser environment.
This extension does not:
Share user data with third parties
Track browsing activity
Collect analytics or telemetry data
Sell or transfer user information
All API interactions occur exclusively with official NICE CXone services.
The extension requests the following permissions:
storage
Used to store configuration data and authentication tokens locally
tabCapture
Used solely to enable voice message and media capture functionality
host_permissions
Limited strictly to authorized NICE CXone domains for API access
No additional permissions are used beyond what is required for core functionality.
Authentication tokens are retained only for the duration defined by NICE CXone security policies
Configuration data remains stored until the extension is uninstalled or browser data is cleared
Users may remove all stored data at any time by uninstalling the extension
You have the right to:
Access locally stored extension data through browser developer tools
Remove all extension-related data by clearing browser storage or uninstalling the extension
Control extension behavior through available settings
Data processing is conducted based on the user’s legitimate interest and intentional use of the extension to interact with the NICE CXone platform.
No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
