We encourage children to become effective learners by supporting them to become active learners, to play and explore and to use their creativity and critical thinking to make decisions and solve problems in their play. The EYFS defines seven areas of learning and development: personal, social and emotional development, communication and language, physical development, literacy, mathematics, understanding of the world and expressive arts and design. (Please note the curriculum is a working document and may be updated through the year. )
