What if it rains on the day of my outdoor event?
We strongly recommend a backup indoor location. If weather makes it unsafe to set up outdoors, we will work with you to reschedule if possible.

Cancellations made 14 days before the event may receive credit toward a future rental. Deposits are non-refundable.

No. To keep the space safe and clean, food, drinks, and sharp objects are not allowed in the play area.

No. Shoes, sharp objects, and rough play are not permitted. Socks are required.

Children must always be supervised by an adult while playing. Pop & Play staff do not provide supervision. The renter is responsible for monitoring safe play at all times.
