By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.
PopPic – Coloring Art is a creative coloring application designed to help users explore art, relaxation, and imagination through interactive coloring tools, brushes, and color palettes.
By using the App, you agree that:
The App is for personal, private, and non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content.
All graphics, artwork templates, interface designs, and included assets remain the property of the App developers or their licensors.
Any unauthorized reproduction or misuse of App content is strictly prohibited.
PopPic – Coloring Art may offer optional paid subscriptions and in-app purchases that unlock premium coloring pages, special effects, additional tools, and ad-free usage.
All payments are processed securely through your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
Subscription plans automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds, billing questions, and payment-related concerns must be handled directly through Apple Support, as developers cannot issue refunds on the App Store.
Prices may vary by region depending on currency and tax requirements.
By using PopPic – Coloring Art, you agree that you will not:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
Copy, modify, decompile, translate, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the App’s software or features.
Upload, share, or distribute content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
Interfere with App functionality, security features, or attempt unauthorized access to App servers or systems.
Use the App’s camera functions or interactive tools while performing unsafe activities such as driving, walking in traffic, or operating machinery.
Any misuse may result in restricted or terminated access (see Section 6).
PopPic – Coloring Art is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be free from errors or interruptions.
All features, tools, brushes, or coloring options will work on every device model or operating system.
Bugs, glitches, or performance issues will be fixed immediately.
You acknowledge that device compatibility, performance variations, and occasional service interruptions may occur.
We are not responsible for:
Loss of artwork, files, or data stored on your device.
Device malfunctions or performance issues caused by third-party software or system limitations.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Loss of artwork, progress, data, or device files.
Loss of revenue, business interruption, or personal damages.
Injuries or unsafe behavior resulting from misuse of the App or camera functions.
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from your use of the App.
Some regions do not allow exclusion of certain liabilities, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PopPic – Coloring Art at any time, without prior notice, if:
You violate any terms outlined in this document,
You misuse App features, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent behavior,
You use the App in a way that may cause harm to the App, its users, or its developers.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately end.
We may update or modify these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or internal policies.
The most recent version will always be accessible within the App or on its store listing.
By continuing to use the App after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
