We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service, or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything.

• In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the Service.

8. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, or be entirely error-free.

These Terms and your use of Popiplay are governed by the laws of Seychelles, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, or international laws.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion.
