My journey has been all about supporting growing companies by tackling various roles in people operations, payroll, and benefits. Bringing this background to POPI, we focus on making your HR processes seamless and stress-free. From optimizing payroll to defining benefits strategy, we've got you covered. Every day is a chance to learn something new as we work to provide a smoother experience for our clients' People teams and their valued employees.
When I'm not diving into the nitty-gritty of People Operations, you can usually find me reading a good book (and yeah there’s a spreadsheet for that). Outside the (home) office, I'm soaking up the best of Charlotte with my family or making the occasional Taco Bell run for a black bean Cheesy Gordita Crunch.
I help keep internal operations organized, efficient, and moving forward. I support the team through project coordination, process tracking, documentation, and follow-through across client and internal workflows. I enjoy building structure behind the scenes, creating clarity, improving workflows, and helping the team focus on strategic client work.
Outside of work, I enjoy travel, opera, reading, and starting each day with a three-mile sunrise walk with my dogs, as well as the occasional run to Taco Bell to grab a cheesy gordita crunch!

I’m an operations pro who enjoys diving deep into new projects head first. My ability to quickly and thoughtfully adapt to new responsibilities has allowed my experience to span across fintech, nonprofit tech, and people focused roles. I’ve often been referred to by coworkers as a Swiss Army knife, and over time the nickname has stuck.
When I’m not tackling a new process or managing a project, I’m probably trying out one of the many amazing restaurants Richmond has to offer, or helicopter parenting my shih-tzu/personal assistant. Despite the amazing food in my backyard, I’ll never say no to a chicken quesadilla and spicy potato soft taco from Taco Bell.
My journey across corporate, mid-sized tech, and startup environments has given me a well-rounded view of both operations and the client experience. I really like the balance of work — digging into the details behind the scenes to keep the train on its tracks, while also partnering closely with stakeholders to improve how things work day to day. I love turning complexity into something simple and usable, usually through clear documentation that teams can rely on, and I’m always up for calling a state tax agency.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and exploring the NYC food scene. And somehow, I’ve still never been to Taco Bell — despite the team’s best efforts.
