탭 스튜디오(Tap Studio) (이하 "회사" 또는 "당사" / hereinafter "we", "us", or "our")는 Pop Quiz Daily (이하 "서비스" / hereinafter "Service") 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 당사가 사용자의 정보를 수집, 사용, 공유 및 보호하는 방법을 설명합니다. Tap Studio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Pop Quiz Daily application.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 (Information We Collect)

당사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. We may collect the following types of information to provide and improve our Service:

• 회원가입 및 소셜 로그인 시 (When you register or log in via Social Media):

  • 구글(Google) 또는 애플(Apple) 로그인 시 제공되는 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 식별자 (Email address, name, and profile identifier provided by Google or Apple).

  • 앱 내에서 사용되는 닉네임 및 고유 식별자(UID) (In-app nickname and Unique Identifier).

• 자동 수집 정보 (Automatically Collected Information):

  • 서비스 이용 기록 (Usage Data): 퀴즈 점수, 풀이 내역, 스트릭(연속 출석), 획득한 뱃지/업적 (Quiz scores, history, streaks, and unlocked badges).

  • 기기 및 기기 식별자 (Device Information & Identifiers): IP 주소, 운영체제(OS) 버전, 기기 모델명, 광고 식별자(Apple IDFA, Android AAID) (IP address, OS version, device model, and advertising identifiers like IDFA or AAID).

2. 정보의 이용 목적 (How We Use Your Information)

수집된 정보는 다음의 목적을 위해서만 이용됩니다. We use the collected information for the following purposes:

1. 서비스 제공 및 계정 관리 (Service Provision & Account Management): 사용자 식별, 기기 간 데이터 동기화(점수 및 업적 복원), 인앱 구매(프리미엄 기능) 처리. (To identify users, sync data across devices, and process in-app purchases).

2. 서비스 개선 (Service Improvement): 앱 오류 추적 및 사용자 이용 패턴 분석을 통한 기능 개선. (To track errors and analyze usage patterns to improve the app).

3. 광고 게재 (Advertising): 타겟팅 또는 비타겟팅 맞춤형 광고 송출. (To deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements).

3. 제3자 정보 제공 및 서드파티 서비스 (Third-Party Services & Data Sharing)

당사는 서비스 운영, 분석 및 광고 게재를 위해 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 이들 서비스는 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다. We use trusted third-party services to operate, analyze, and monetize our Service. These third parties handle data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics): 사용자 인증, 클라우드 데이터 저장, 앱 사용 통계 분석 (User authentication, cloud data storage, and app analytics). Privacy Policy

• Apple: 애플 로그인 및 iOS 인앱 구매 처리 (Apple Sign-In and iOS in-app purchases).

• Google Play Billing: 안드로이드 인앱 구매 처리 (Android in-app purchases).

4. 정보의 보유 및 파기 (Data Retention and Deletion)

당사는 사용자가 계정을 유지하는 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다. 사용자가 계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴)를 요청할 경우, 당사는 즉시 모든 개인 데이터(점수, 업적, 프로필 등)를 클라우드와 로컬 기기에서 영구적으로 파기합니다. We retain your personal information as long as you keep your account. When you request account deletion, we immediately and permanently delete all your personal data (scores, achievements, profile, etc.) from our cloud servers and your local device.

5. 사용자 권리 및 계정 삭제 방법 (User Rights and Account Deletion)

사용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 권리를 행사할 수 있으며, 앱 내에서 직접 계정을 완전히 삭제할 수 있습니다. You have the right to manage your data and can permanently delete your account directly within the app at any time.

앱을 삭제하여 앱 내 탈퇴 기능을 이용할 수 없는 경우 (If you no longer have the app installed): 앱을 이미 삭제하셨거나 접근할 수 없는 경우, 제8조에 기재된 이메일(kimwoony91@gmail.com)로 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 당사는 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 모든 데이터를 영구적으로 파기합니다. (If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you may request account and data deletion by sending an email to the contact address in Section 8. Upon verification, we will permanently delete all your data without delay.)

• 계정 삭제 방법 (How to delete your account): 앱 내 [설정 (Settings)] 메뉴로 이동하여 하단의 [회원 탈퇴 (Withdraw Account)] 버튼을 클릭하세요. 보안을 위해 재인증을 거친 후 모든 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다. Go to the [Settings] menu in the app and tap the [Withdraw Account] button at the bottom. After a security re-authentication, all your data will be permanently deleted immediately.

• 유의사항 (Note): 계정 삭제 시 복구가 불가능하며 모든 진행 상황이 초기화됩니다. (Account deletion is irreversible and all progress will be lost).

6. 어린이의 개인정보 보호 (Children's Privacy)

본 서비스는 만 13세 미만의 어린이로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만의 어린이가 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 인지하게 될 경우, 당사는 해당 정보를 서버에서 즉시 삭제하는 조치를 취합니다. Our Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers.

7. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

본 개인정보 처리방침은 기능 추가나 법령 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항이 발생할 경우, 앱 내 공지사항 또는 업데이트 노트를 통해 알려드립니다. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time due to new features or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app or via update notes.
