About Me

I am Poornima, originally from India, and I have been residing in Germany for the past 9 years. Upon moving to Germany, I completed a language course to integrate and adapt to my new environment. I am a Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science  and I bring 10 years of diverse experience in customer support, project coordination, and project management, with the majority of my experience at Robert Bosch. Due to personal reasons, I took a career break.

During my time away, I reflected on my career path and discovered a strong interest in data analysis, which led me to pursue an intensive Data Analytics course at Masterschool. 

Throughout this program, I have worked on both individual and group projects, applying machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, ensuring solutions are scalable and responsive in real-time.

My projects involved tools such as Python, SQL, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Spreadsheets, Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, and GitHub.

Currenty at Webeet, I've converted complex datasets into actionable insights to improve efficiency and guide strategic decisions. Used Python and SQL in Google Colab, leveraging GCP and BigQuery, Tableau and Looker to derive strategic insights and streamline workflows. 

Before transitioning into data analytics, I worked as a Customer Support Executive at Concentrix and as a Project Team lead at Robert Bosch. In these roles, I played a pivotal role in enhancing project management strategies for multilingual translation projects, analyzing customer requirements, and optimizing process workflows. This experience helped me develop strong project and team management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internal project management tool, TransCare. Additionally, I was involved in gathering requirements for the development of the TransCare tool.

With a solid foundation in data analysis and transferable skills from previous roles, I am eager to work on data-driven projects that align with my career goals and make a meaningful impact. The field of data analytics excites me as it offers the perfect opportunity to further develop my expertise and contribute to impactful outcomes.
