Privacy Policy for GoMesh AI
Effective Date: September 19, 2026
GoMesh AI (“GoMesh AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered 3D model generation through its mobile application.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how uploaded images and prompts are handled, why information is shared with our third-party AI provider, how content is stored, and the choices available to you.
This policy does not replace any separate consent required before sharing your information for AI processing.
1. Overview
GoMesh AI helps users create 3D models using artificial intelligence.
Depending on the available features, you can upload a reference image, enter a text description, select generation settings, and generate, preview, save, or export a 3D model.
Core functionality does not require an account unless otherwise stated inside the app.
We process information to provide requested features, deliver results, manage purchases, maintain service reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
AI generation requires remote processing of the inputs needed to complete your request.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use GoMesh AI, we may process:
Uploaded images and files: Reference images and other supported content you choose to submit.
Text prompts: Descriptions, instructions, and other text entered for generation.
Generation settings: Options and parameters selected for your request.
Generated content: 3D models and associated textures, previews, thumbnails, or other output files.
Processing information: Request identifiers, timestamps, file information, generation status, and error details.
Technical information: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, app installation identifiers, and diagnostic or performance information, where collected by the services we use.
Purchase information: Transaction identifiers, subscription status, and information needed to verify access to paid features.
Support information: Your email address and information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
Privacy preferences: Records needed to document consent and your privacy choices.
We do not require your name or email address for core generation features unless separately requested for support or account-related functionality.
Uploaded images and prompts may contain personal information about you or other people. Please submit only content you are entitled to use and share for the requested processing.
3. Photo and Image Processing
GoMesh AI processes your uploaded images to perform the generation action you request.
Processing may include:
Interpreting visible objects, shapes, colors, and surface details.
Using your image as a reference for a 3D model.
Applying your prompt and selected settings.
Generating model geometry and associated visual assets.
Creating previews and preparing supported output files.
Content may also be processed where reasonably necessary to resolve a failed request, investigate misuse, address a security incident, or comply with legal requirements.
We do not use your uploaded images or generated models for advertising, identity matching, or biometric profiling.
Submitting content for generation does not authorize us to publish it in promotional materials.
4. Face Data Disclosure
Images you voluntarily upload may contain visible faces or other identifiable features.
Collection:
Face-related visual information is processed only when it is included in content you choose to submit.
Purpose:
Visible facial details may be interpreted to generate the requested 3D result or associated preview, including representing the appearance of a person or character shown in your reference image.
No facial recognition:
GoMesh AI does not use facial recognition to identify you, verify identity, match faces against an identity database, or create biometric identity profiles.
No advertising use:
We do not use face-related visual information for advertising, behavioral profiling, tracking, or unrelated identity analysis.
Third-party processing:
An uploaded image containing a face may be shared with fal for the generation you request, after you provide the required permission.
Retention:
Images containing faces follow the same retention and deletion practices as other uploaded images, described in Section 9. We do not maintain a separate facial recognition database.
Generated models and previews may contain a recognizable likeness and are handled as generated content under this policy.
5. What Data May Be Sent for AI Processing
When you request a generation, GoMesh AI may transmit:
Your uploaded image or supported reference file.
Your text prompt and instructions.
Selected generation settings.
File references or URLs needed to retrieve submitted content.
Request identifiers and processing parameters.
Limited technical information needed to complete the request and deliver the result.
Personal information visible in an image or included in a prompt may form part of the transmitted content.
We limit submissions to information reasonably necessary for the requested feature and its associated operational and security requirements. Your full payment card details are not required for AI generation.
6. Third-Party AI Processing & Providers
GoMesh AI uses fal, operated by Features & Labels, Inc., as its third-party AI processing provider.
After you provide the required permission and request a generation, the relevant inputs are transmitted to fal to process your request and return generated content.
fal may use infrastructure providers and subprocessors to deliver its services. Where a selected model operates through an external provider’s API, submitted content may also be transferred to that provider, as described in fal’s API Services Terms.
The processing applicable to a request is governed by the selected service, applicable provider terms, and relevant data protection agreements.
AI training and service improvement
Your permission to generate a 3D model does not constitute blanket permission for GoMesh AI to reuse your identifiable uploads for unrelated AI training.
fal’s API Services Terms restrict the use of client content to create, train, or develop its products and services, but include exceptions for certain designated models. Its general terms separately address aggregated or anonymized usage data. Provider protections therefore depend on the applicable model and service terms. fal API Services Terms · fal Terms of Service
Further details are available in fal’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Other disclosures
We may share limited information with service providers supporting hosting, diagnostics, purchase verification, and customer support.
We may also disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, address security incidents, or protect the rights and safety of users and others.
GoMesh AI does not sell your uploaded images, prompts, generated models, or personal information.
7. Purpose of Processing
We process information to:
Provide AI-powered 3D model generation.
Interpret your images, descriptions, and instructions.
Apply selected generation settings.
Deliver models and associated previews.
Support downloads, exports, and history where available.
Verify purchases and access to paid features.
Diagnose errors and maintain app performance.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use.
Respond to support and privacy requests.
Document consent and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
Performance of a contract to provide requested services and manage paid access.
Consent for processing that requires your permission.
Legitimate interests, where permitted, to maintain service security, diagnose problems, and prevent misuse, provided those interests do not override your rights.
Legal obligations to meet applicable regulatory, recordkeeping, and other requirements.
Consent to AI generation is not consent to unrelated marketing or tracking.
8. Consent and User Control
Before sharing your submitted personal information for third-party AI processing, GoMesh AI explains the sharing and requests your explicit permission.
You initiate generation by providing supported inputs, selecting available settings, and choosing an action such as “Generate” or “Create 3D Model.”
Granting photo-library access does not, by itself, authorize unrelated uses of your images.
You may:
Decline AI processing.
Choose which images and prompts to submit.
Stop submitting generation requests.
Manage device permissions.
Use available history and deletion controls.
Contact us to withdraw consent or request deletion.
If you decline processing necessary for AI generation, we cannot complete that generation.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal. A request already submitted may not be technically cancellable, but you may request deletion of retained information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
9. Storage of Generated Content
Depending on the feature, information may be stored locally on your device, on processing servers, in cloud storage, in app history, or in caches used for previews and request recovery.
Retention criteria
We retain information according to its purpose:
Uploaded images and prompts: For processing, delivery, necessary troubleshooting, and applicable security or legal requirements.
Generated models and associated files: For delivery, retrieval, and supported history functionality.
Technical and security records: For diagnosing problems, investigating misuse, and maintaining service reliability.
Purchase records: For verifying entitlements, resolving transaction issues, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Support communications: For resolving your request and maintaining necessary correspondence.
Consent records: For documenting your choices and meeting applicable obligations.
Retention depends on whether a request remains active, whether content is needed for a feature you use, whether a support or security issue remains unresolved, and whether legal requirements apply.
Provider storage
fal stores request records separately from uploaded and generated media. Its documentation states that request records are stored for 30 days by default unless storage is disabled or records are deleted. Media expiration is controlled separately. Completion of a generation does not necessarily mean every related file has been deleted. fal Data Retention & Storage
Deletion requests
Deleting an item from app history may remove its local entry without immediately deleting all provider, server, cache, or backup copies.
You may contact us to request deletion of information under our control. Where necessary, we will coordinate the request with relevant service providers, subject to applicable legal requirements and retention exceptions.
Where information must be retained for a legal requirement or another applicable exception, its use will be limited to that purpose.
Files exported to Photos, Files, cloud storage, or another service must be managed separately. Deleting the app does not automatically delete all remotely stored information.
10. Local Data on Your Device
GoMesh AI may store:
Generated model history and file references.
Downloaded models and associated assets.
Recent prompts, where supported.
App preferences and generation settings.
Cached thumbnails and previews.
Purchase entitlement information.
Privacy preferences.
You may manage local information by deleting individual items, clearing available history, removing exported files, or deleting the app.
Device or cloud backups may preserve separate copies according to your platform settings and the relevant provider’s policies.
11. Photos, Camera, and Device Permissions
GoMesh AI requests permissions when needed for the features you choose to use.
Photo selection or photo-library access:
Allows you to select images as generation references. Where supported, a system photo picker can provide access to selected images without granting access to your entire library.
Camera access:
Used only if an available feature allows you to capture an image directly.
Photo-library additions:
Used to save supported previews or images to your gallery.
Files access and export:
Used to select supported files or save generated assets to a location you choose.
You can manage permissions through your device settings. Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Revoking permission stops future access covered by that permission; it does not automatically delete content previously submitted.
12. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases made through the iOS app are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Apple may provide transaction information needed to verify purchases, restore purchases, determine subscription status, unlock paid features, and resolve purchase-related issues.
If a subscription management service is used, it may process limited transaction information and app identifiers for these purposes.
You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account. Deleting GoMesh AI does not cancel an active subscription.
13. Analytics, Crash Reports, and App Performance
GoMesh AI may use analytics and diagnostic services, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics where enabled, to understand app performance and diagnose technical issues.
These services may process:
Device type and operating system.
App version and installation identifiers.
Feature interaction and general usage events.
Crash reports and error information.
Loading times and generation performance events.
We use this information to improve reliability and address issues such as failed generations or application errors.
We do not use uploaded images or generated models for advertising.
Where consent is required for optional analytics or similar processing, we obtain the necessary permission and respect applicable privacy choices.
14. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.
These measures include encrypted communication, appropriate access restrictions, and operational safeguards suited to the information being processed.
Access to information is limited to authorized purposes, including providing the service, resolving support requests, investigating misuse, and meeting legal obligations.
Cloud AI processing requires the processing provider to access the content necessary to perform the requested generation. Encryption during transmission does not mean that content is inaccessible to the provider performing that processing.
Files may be delivered through cloud-hosted links. Access depends on the relevant storage configuration; fal documents that default CDN links can be accessed by anyone holding the link unless access restrictions are applied. Treat links to personal content as confidential. fal File Access Controls
No digital system can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will investigate, take appropriate corrective action, and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
15. Children’s Privacy
GoMesh AI is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and meet the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from users below the required age.
If we learn that a user below the required age has provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to restrict further use and delete the information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted personal information may contact us using the details in Section 19.
16. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
Request information about how your personal information is processed.
Access your personal information.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion.
Receive certain information in a portable format.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Appeal a decision about a privacy request, where applicable.
Complain to the relevant privacy or data protection authority.
These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the email in Section 19. We may request limited information necessary to verify your request and locate the relevant records. A generation identifier or approximate generation date may help us locate information when no user account exists.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any available review or complaint options.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Features that depend on particular information may become unavailable if that information is deleted or its processing is declined.
17. International Processing
AI processing, hosting, diagnostics, and support may involve servers and service providers outside your country of residence.
fal is based in the United States and describes processing in the United States and other countries in its Privacy Policy.
Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those transfers must use an appropriate lawful mechanism. fal’s Data Processing Addendum describes contractual safeguards for covered transfers.
You may contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data. Agreeing to AI processing does not waive your statutory privacy rights.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in app features, AI providers, processing arrangements, retention practices, security measures, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated versions will be made available through the app or its associated website, with a revised effective date.
Where a change materially affects how we process personal information, we will provide appropriate notice. If a new use or disclosure requires additional consent, we will obtain that consent before beginning the relevant processing.
