2019 - Present

Maddie is a 15 year old quarter horse. She is Jordan's personal horse, but makes the perfect paint-a-pony for birthday parties, summer camps, or even a rainy-day lesson. She loves to jump and trail ride and she is the alpha of the herd. She is the first to know when it is meal time and you can hear her nickering from a mile away.

2016 - Present

Sweet Pea is our most iconic horse. She has been in this area her entire life. She has been at several barns in the past and won many a blue ribbon in a jumping show. She is now retired from her jumping career, (you might catch her jumping a log on the trail though!) and she prefers to spend her time trail riding. Although she is now almost 19 years old, she is still full of spice. She loves to go and makes a fantastic ride for advanced students.

February 2023 - Present

Charlie Brown is a 3 year old mixed breed pony.  He came to us at almost 2 years old and completed all of his training here on the farm. During the time that he has been here he has taught trail rides, summer camp, and lessons. He has also won a ribbon at a local show. We can't wait to see what else this pony has up his sleeves!

2025 - Present

Stirling is a 15 year old gaited horse. He excells in teaching beginners and going on trail rides. 

July 2024 - Present

Caper is a 5 year old gaited pony. He enjoys jumping, trail riding, and playing with his friends in the field. Don't be surprised if you see him and Stirling rearing and biting each other in the field. That's how they play!

2023 - Present

Judah is one of the coolest dudes around! He is a 21 year old Dartmoor pony. When he came to our farm in 2023, he was still a stallion. Since being gelded, he has settled down into a wonderful kids pony. He has lots of pepp in his step and is up for anything. And man does he have alot of hair!

2026- Present

Maybelline is a "Cowboy Paso." This means that she is a Paso Fino horse who was trained for farm work. She came to us with a lot of fear for people, but she getting friendlier by the day! 

December 2025 - Present

Rubber Ducky is a 20 year old gaited mare. She is incredibly loving. She likes to spend time with her horse friends and with people. She is a wonderful trail horse, and she isn't afraid of anything!

April 2026 - Present

Snowman is an 11 year old registered Arabian. He is fantastic at trail riding, likes to jump, and enjoys being pampered. He is a little afraid of mud though, but maybe becasue he doesn't want to get his pretty white coat dirty.

Chilli Peppes is a 2 year old quarter horse rescue. He is very afraid of people because he thinks they are going to hit him. He's warming up to us though! He loves to be given treats and have his head rubbed. He's going to be a great trail horse, we can already tell because he gets so excited! 

He also loves to steal snacks while you are trail riding, by grabbing the limbs of trees and eating their leaves.

August 2025 - Present

Red is our tallest horse! He is a 16 year old Saddlebred. In the past he was a mountain trail riding horse. He did some overnight camping and rode for hours at a time. Now he enjoys being pampered and loved on by everyone around him. Red will quickly be your best friend!

Spring 2025 - Present

Liza is a 20 year old Spotted Saddle Horse. With her previous owner, she excelled in trail challenges. Now she prefers to go on laid back trail rides.

2024

Slim is a 28 year old Welsh Quarter Horse cross. He is a fun ride that will take you wherever you want to go.

Slim now lives with a friend and is helping out in her therapy riding lesson program.

2023 - 2024

Beau is the best pony around town. He will do anything from just walking around to popping over a jump course. He has taught so many kids how to ride. He is a 22 year old POA.

Beau now is the proud pony of a little girl who fell in love with him.

2024

Canaan is a 20 year old gaited horse. He is very well trained and excellent on the trails.

Canaan had to be put down because his lungs could not heal from pnemonia. He will be greatly missed.

2025

Paddington is a 3 year old welsh quarter horse pony. He is always in your pocket. He is a gentle spirit and loves to go riding.

Paddington now lives with Badger with a friend who uses them for Pony Parties.

2025

Jingle is a 20 year old paso fino hackney cross. He is little guy but he walks so fast the big horses have to trot to keep up. He loves to spend time with people.

Jingle now lives in Montana with his new owners.

Sunny is a 5 year old Missouri Fox Trotter. He is the kindest horse you will ever meet. He is gentle with everyone.

Sunny now belongs to a 3 year old little girl as her first horse.

2024

Herbie was the sweetest pony. We lost Herbie to collic.

2023 - 2024

Tumbleweed is an all-around pony. He is about 20 years old. He has a very forward walk and almost always ends up at the front of the trail ride.

Tumbleweed found his new home with a friend in her therapy lesson program. He and Slim now live together.

2024

Magnolia is a 18 month old mustang filly. She has already learned how to lead, lunge, and pony. 

Magnolia found her new home as a companion horse for an old mare, and is going to learn to be a polo pony.

2024 - Present

Merry Legs is a 15 year old Pasofino mare.  She is a fearless leader on trail rides and loves to go. 

Merry Legs now lives in New Jersey with her new owners.

July 2024 - Present

Comedy is a 12 year old Welsh gelding. Before coming to Pony-Up he belonged to our farrier's daughter. He has been all over the place riding trails and is now learning to jump. He has the perfect amount of spunk to be fun for both beginner and advanced riders.

Badger now belongs to a friend who uses him in her pony party business.

2025

Boots is a 15 year old Pintabian. He loves to lead the trail rides. He can be timid when he first meets you, but he warms up quickly. He prefers an experienced rider.

Boots is now a little boy's first horse. 

Piper is a 21 year old paint. She is primarily Janelle's personal horse, but does occasionally teach a lesson. She is a wonderful leader on the trails and fantastic for trail blazing. While she is usually lazy, when asked correctly she will amaze you at how well she can jump. 

During the summer, Piper is most easily recognized as the horse with the muzzle. What can we say? She loves to eat.

Piper now belongs to a former lesson students family. She enjoys trail riding with Hollis, another former lesson horse of ours. 

You might still see Piper and Hollis around during the summer! Their family graciously lets us borrow them for camp.

2021 - Present

Tonka is a 15 year old quarter horse paint. Before coming to Pony-Up, he was a lesson horse at Hidden Hills. He is a wonderful trail horse and is fantastic at taking care of beginners. He and Maddie have had crushes on each other since the day he came.

Tonka now lives with friends of ours. 

You might still see him around during the summer! His family graciously lets us borrow them for camp.

2023 - Present

Maverick is 16 year old quarter pony. He has two brands and was likely a roping or barrel pony in the past. He neck reins like a pro and will turn on a dime if you ask him correctly. He is full of energy and is not for a beginner rider. 

One cool fact about Maverick is that he is completely blind in his right eye.

Maverick now lives with an older lady as her trail horse.

January 2024 - Present

Piglet is a 6 year old Halflinger Welsh cross. He was trained by the Amish and likely knows how to pull a wagon. He is an incredible jumper and a bold leader on the trail. He has wonderul endurance and could ride anywhere.

Piglet has moved on to a new home to pursue a career in jumping.

May 2024 - Present

Archie is the youngest on the farm. He was born here in May 2024 to Maddie. He loves to be scratched, brushed, and pet. He enjoys drinking out of the hose and playing with the other horses.

Archie now lives with a family where he will get to grow up with their baby boys.
