Welcome to the Ponaganset Music Parents Association (PMPA)
Supporting Music Excellence at Ponaganset High School since 1981
The Ponaganset Music Parents Association (PMPA) is a dedicated group of parents, guardians, alumni, and community members who support the music programs at Ponaganset High School in Glocester, Rhode Island. Established in 1981, PMPA is a nonprofit organization committed to enriching the musical experiences of our students through fundraising, volunteerism, and advocacy.
Our mission is to provide ongoing support for the instrumental and vocal music programs, ensuring that all students have the resources and opportunities they need to grow as musicians and performers. PMPA helps fund equipment, student travel, performance attire, awards, and more—enhancing every aspect of the music education experience.
Ponaganset High School is proud to offer a strong and diverse music program, including concert band, wind ensemble, jazz band, chamber chorus, and a Music Performance & Education Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathway. PMPA is here to ensure these programs continue to thrive for future generations.
Whether you’re a parent of a current student, an alum, or a supporter of the arts, we invite you to join us. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our student musicians.
Stay connected. Stay involved. Support the music.
