Problem statement

The project POMER answers the issue of transportable power in restrictive situation. Indeed, the problem at hand is that it is currently not possible to have a reliable and easily transportable system capable of delivering high power without noise, vibration or air pollution.

Some concrete applications could be first responders in need of energy rapidly after an earthquake, or people in countries with unreliable electricity suply needing a constant power delivery at home due to medical conditions or even technicians that intervene in remote places without easy access to power.

Meetings with several firefiters departments chiefs confirmed the need of such devices and the current lack of solutions on the market.

We clearly define a functional analysis that the solution must respect before pursuing the project. A brief of this analysis is presented in the document on page "Presentation of proposal"
