Our Promise to You

PoMCheck was built with one thing at the heart of it: your peace of mind. That extends beyond the app itself — it includes how we handle your information.

The short version: we collect nothing. Your photos and check lists never leave your phone. There is no account to create, no server storing your data, and no cloud backup. Everything stays exactly where you put it — on your device, in your hands.

What Information We Collect

Nothing from you, personally.

PoMCheck does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. This includes:

• Your name, email address, or any contact details

• Your location

• Your photos — these are stored only on your device

• Your check lists and descriptions

• Usage data or analytics

• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us

We have no visibility into how you use the app. We don't know who you are, where you are, or what you check.

Your Photos

Photos taken within PoMCheck are stored locally on your device only. They are:

• Never uploaded to any server or cloud service

• Never shared with third parties

• Never backed up by us

• Accessible only by you, on your device

If you delete a photo within the app, or use the 'Clear all photos' feature, the photo is removed from the app. Please note that your phone's own photo management or backup settings (such as Google Photos auto-backup) are outside our control — if you have these enabled on your device, your photos may be backed up through your phone's own services, not ours.

Third Parties

PoMCheck does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services in its current version.

If future versions of the app include optional advertising (which users can choose to remove), we will update this policy clearly and in advance to explain what, if anything, that involves.

Children

PoMCheck does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Since we collect no data at all, the app is safe to use regardless of age.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change the way PoMCheck handles data — for example, if a future version introduces optional cloud backup or advertising — we will update this privacy policy and notify users via an app update. We will never introduce data collection silently.
