【Orientation Camp—Mystic Apothecary Orientation Camp】

Congratulations to all newly appointed apothecaries for successfully passing a series of rigorous tests and joining the imperial harem. To welcome you and help you adapt quickly to your new environment, we are hosting this orientation camp to familiarize you with the local culture and unique customs, and to encourage interaction among fellow apothecaries.

However, ever since a recent murder occurred within the harem, strange rumors have begun to circulate, causing widespread unease. We wonder—can you, our new apothecaries, lend your wisdom to assist in the investigation?

Activity location: Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong - Wu Kai Sha Youth Village

Fee: HKD$400

Registration period: 05/09/2025 - 20/09/2025 (Until 23:59)

Important notes:

1. This activity is open to all full-time students of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with members given priority. 

2. There are limited spots available, and if the number of participants exceeds the capacity, allocation will be determined by a lottery system. 

3. Applicants who were not successfully registered will receive a refund.

4. Applicants will be notified of registration results and refund processing from 22/09/2025 to 25/09/2025.

5. Registered applicants will not receive a refund for unavailability to attend.

6. Do not submit multiple applications.

7. The filled-in information must be correct.

1. 本次活動供所有香港理工大學全日制學生報名，會員優先。

2. 本次活動名額有限，如參加者人數過多將以抽籤形式分配。

3. 未成功報名的參加者都將獲得退款。

4. 報名結果及退款通知將在22/09/2025 - 25/09/2025發放。

5. 成功報名的參加者若未能出席將不獲發還款項。

6. 請勿多次遞交申請。
