釉璃：大家完咗 sem 有冇興趣一齊組團 Cosplay、或者踏出第一步挑戰 Cosplay 呢！下個月就係我哋最後一個大型活動 —【Cosplay 舞會 · 仲夏幻舞 CosDream】☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆ 只要係【香港本地大學或大專院校學生】就可以參加，仲可以互相交流心得或者認識未來團友💡
釉晴：到時會有三個【主題攝影區】俾大家影相留念📸我哋仲會提供即影即有相機，俾大家即場影完相之後去【裝飾區】製作獨一無二嘅拍立得，紀錄活動嘅回憶🫧
釉璃：我哋亦準備咗【表演環節】，俾有興趣表演嘅參加者喺台上為大家帶嚟精彩演出🎭🎶詳情可以睇返報名 Google Form 或者直接 DM 我哋了解細節🔍

1. 本次活動名額有限，如報名者人數過多將以抽籤形式分配
2. 請細閲報名表格內之活動守則
3. 成功提交報名表格後將會收到報名確認電郵，惟報名確認電郵並不代表成功入選活動，敬請注意
4. 本會將於報名截止後以 WhatsApp 通知入選結果，並為未能入選的報名者安排退款。成功入選的報名者若未能出席將不獲發還款項

Yuri: Now that the semester is over, would anyone be interested in forming a cosplay group together, or even taking the first step to challenge cosplay? Next month will be our final large‑scale event — 【Cosplay Ball · CosDream】☆:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:☆ All students from local universities or tertiary institutions in Hong Kong are eligible to join! It’s also a great chance to exchange cosplay tips and meet future teammates💡
Yusei: There will be three【Themed Photo Zones】for everyone to take photos 📸We’ll also provide instant cameras for everyone to take photos on the spot and then head to the【Decoration Area】to create your own unique Cheki print keepsake 🫧
Yuri: We’ve also prepared a【Performance Session】, giving participants who are interested in performing the chance to bring wonderful shows to the stage🎭🎶For details, please check the Registration Google Form or DM us directly🔍
Yusei: And of course, we can’t miss the【Random Dance Session】! Stay tuned for our upcoming announcement of the random dance playlist (● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾

⚠️ Important Notes
1. Quota is limited. If registrations exceed capacity, participants will be selected by using a lucky draw.
2. Please read carefully the activity guidelines.
3. A confirmation email will be sent after successfully submitting the registration form. However, please note that receiving the confirmation email does not guarantee successful selection for the event.
4. Registration results will be notified via WhatsApp, and refunds will be arranged for unselected registrants. Selected registrants who fail to attend will not be eligible for refunds.
