• To start with the example library: unzip it on your desired location

• If you don't, you can create an empty folder to use like the root profile folder

• if there are, remove previous installation of polysweeper and restart blender

• install the new version

• in the addon preference set the root profile library folder

• set your desired shortcut for the pie menu

(in the library page you will find info to manage the library)
