Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using PolySim. By downloading, accessing, or using PolySim, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About PolySim
PolySim is a simulated paper trading application intended for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes only. PolySim allows users to practice hypothetical trading strategies using virtual balances and simulated positions.
PolySim does not provide real-money trading, real wagering, brokerage services, exchange services, custody services, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use PolySim.
By using the app, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to use the app
- You are not prohibited under local law
- All information you provide is truthful
3. No Gambling / No Real Money
PolySim does not facilitate gambling.
PolySim does not accept deposits, withdrawals, staking, wagers, or prizes.
All balances, profits, losses, trades, rankings, and portfolio values displayed in the app are fictional, simulated, or informational only.
No item within the app has monetary value.
4. No Affiliation With Polymarket or Third Parties
PolySim is an independent application.
PolySim is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or operated by Polymarket, PredictIt, Kalshi, Robinhood, Apple, or any third-party exchange, platform, brand, or operator unless explicitly stated.
Any third-party names, trademarks, logos, market titles, or references remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for nominative, descriptive, or informational purposes where applicable.
If any rights holder requests modification or removal of referenced material, PolySim may do so without notice.
5. Market Data
PolySim may display publicly available market information, headlines, probabilities, titles, or metadata from external sources.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Availability
- Timeliness
- Reliability
- Fitness for any purpose
Displayed market data may be delayed, incorrect, unavailable, duplicated, or removed at any time.
6. No Financial Advice
Nothing in PolySim constitutes:
- Investment advice
- Financial promotion
- Solicitation
- Recommendation
- Research report
- Offer to buy or sell securities or assets
You alone are responsible for any real-world decisions you make.
Never rely on PolySim for investment or financial decisions.
7. User Responsibility
You agree to use PolySim at your own risk.

- Device security
- Local backups
- Compliance with local law
- Use of app information
- Any losses caused by reliance on content
8. Local Storage / Data Loss
PolySim may store data locally on your device, including balances, positions, settings, and history.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost data
- Corrupted data
- Deleted trades
- Device resets
- App reinstalls
- Software bugs
- Migration issues
9. Intellectual Property
All original PolySim branding, interface design, graphics, layout, software code, text, and non-third-party content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy the app
- Reverse engineer the app
- Sell the app
- Redistribute modified versions
- Use branding without permission
10. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Abuse or exploit the app
- Interfere with services
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Scrape internal systems

- Circumvent restrictions
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
PolySim is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties including:

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolySim and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the app.
This includes:
- Financial losses
- Lost opportunities
- Device issues
- Lost data
- Reliance damages
- Emotional distress
- Revenue loss
If liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months, which may be £0.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PolySim and its developer from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising from:
- Your misuse
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of law
- Your infringement of third-party rights
14. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.

8. International Users
If you use PolySim outside your home country, data may be processed where service providers operate.
9. Security
Reasonable efforts may be used, but no system is perfectly secure.
Use the app at your own risk.

- Reset local balances inside the app
