Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains the data processing principles in our mobile game designed for all age groups. We respect your privacy and protect users' personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. Our application does not directly collect or store any personal data of users. The only exception is the use of the external advertising service Google AdMob to display ads in the application. This policy has been prepared in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation in the EU), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), and other global data protection standards.
Data Controller
The Data Controller and the publisher of the application is Jachsu Games. If you have any questions or requests regarding privacy, you can contact the administrator at the e-mail address: contact.jachsugames@gmail.com.
Scope of Processed Data
You do not need to provide any personal data to use our application. The application does not require registration or providing information such as name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, etc. We also do not collect data stored on your device (e.g., contacts or photos). Our application does not collect any personal data directly from users – we do not maintain any user databases nor do we share any user information with third parties.
However, please note that ads may be displayed during the use of the application, which involves the automatic collection of certain information by our advertising partner (Google AdMob), as described below.
Google AdMob and Ads
Ads are displayed in the application via the Google AdMob service. This is an external advertising service provided by Google. We do not collect or profile any data for advertising purposes ourselves, but the Google AdMob module may automatically collect certain information about the device and how the application is used to display ads. This is done using cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as the mobile device advertising ID).
Data collected by Google AdMob may include, among others:
Device IP address and general location information (e.g., country or region).
Device information (phone type/model, operating system version, language set on the device, etc.).
Advertising ID assigned to your device (a unique string of characters used for advertising purposes).
Information about interactions with ads displayed in the application (e.g., whether an ad was clicked).
This data is collected by Google and does not allow us to identify you – it is used solely for matching ads (e.g., avoiding showing the same ads repeatedly), analyzing ad effectiveness, and for technical and statistical purposes. This data does not include information allowing for direct identification, such as name, surname, postal address, or e-mail address.
Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads
To comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, COPPA) and to protect user privacy, ads in our application may be displayed as personalized or non-personalized depending on consents and circumstances:
User Consent (EU): Users from the European Economic Area will be asked upon first launching the application to consent to the use of cookies/identifiers for displaying personalized ads. If you consent, Google AdMob may use collected data to profile ads tailored to your interests. If you do not consent, general (contextual) ads will be displayed, not based on your previous actions. Consent for personalized ads is completely voluntary.
Ads for Children: If the user of the application is a child, ads will not be personalized. This means that even if a child sees ads, they will be contextual and appropriate for their age, not based on tracking the child's activity, in accordance with COPPA requirements.
Ability to Change Settings: The user (or parent) has the right to withdraw previously given consent for personalized ads at any time via the device settings.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Protecting children's privacy is extremely important to us. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. We fully comply with the requirements of the US COPPA act and other global regulations aimed at protecting children's data.
No Profiling of Children: No behavioral advertising or profiling techniques based on personal data will be used against children.
Data Deletion: If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 13, we will immediately delete such information.
User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Although our application generally does not collect your personal data, you have specific rights:
Right to Access and Rectification: You can ask about your data.
Right to Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data.
CCPA Rights (California): We do not sell any user personal data.
