Terms of Service - Block Zero

Welcome to Block Zero!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Block Zero application ("App"), operated by Miguel Novo Gomes ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the App. If you are under the age of majority, your parents or legal guardians must read and agree to these terms on your behalf.

1. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

2. In-App Purchases and Payments Block Zero is available for free, supported by advertisements. We also offer optional In-App Purchases to enhance your gameplay experience, such as purchasing extra "Lives", an "Infinite Lives" upgrade, or a "No Ads" version.

One-Time Purchases: All purchases in the App, including consumables (like extra Lives) and non-consumables (like No Ads or Infinite Lives), are one-time payments. We do not use auto-renewing subscriptions in this App.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
Refunds and Management: All purchases are final. There are no refunds for consumed items (such as lives that have already been used in-game) or partially used digital goods. You can manage your purchase authentication settings by going to your Google Play Account Settings.

3. Intellectual Property All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, code, sounds, and design, is the property of Miguel Novo Gomes and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without our permission.

4. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect (or do not collect) user data. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and Google Play's policies to ensure a safe experience for all our players.

5. Advertisements The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party networks, specifically Google AdMob. We are committed to providing a safe environment and ensure that all advertisements comply strictly with Google Play's content and age-appropriate policies. Purchasing the "No Ads" upgrade removes all third-party banner and interstitial advertisements from the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the App will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Miguel Novo Gomes be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
