Last updated: March 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Eduardo Brandão ("we," "our," or "Developer") collects, uses, stores, and protects the information of users ("you" or "User") of the Nature Tea application (the "App").
By downloading and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To provide a personalized experience and ensure the proper functioning of our services (including the Freemium model and subscriptions), we collect the following types of data:
If you choose to create an account or log in using your Google account (Google Sign-In), the App may collect and store the following information provided by the authentication service:
Full Name: To identify you within the App.
Email Address: For account management, communication, and access recovery.
Profile Picture (Image URL): The App collects and displays your public Google account profile picture to personalize the user interface (e.g., on the main menu or navigation bar).
The App uses the Google Play Store billing system to process payments for plans and subscriptions.
We do not collect or store credit card numbers. All financial transactions are processed exclusively by Google.
We only maintain a record of your subscription status (active/inactive), the expiration date, and the anonymous "Purchase Token" to validate your premium access.
Whenever you use the App, in the event of an error (crash), we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This data may include:
Device Internet Protocol ("IP") address (for approximate location and security).
Device name and Android operating system version.
The configuration of the App when the error occurred.
The time and date of your use.
Advertising Identifiers: The Application may collect the Android Advertising ID (AAID). This is a unique, non-persistent, and user-resettable alphanumeric identifier provided by Google Play Services. It is used exclusively for advertising purposes and marketing analysis (user analytics).
1.4. Advertising Identifiers and Ad-Related Data
The Application may use the Android advertising ID (AAID) and other identifiers permitted within the Android ecosystem to enable the display of ads through Google AdMob, as well as to:
limit ad repetition;
measure the performance of campaigns and advertisements;
prevent fraud and invalid activity;
support marketing and monetization analytics.
The Application may request access to your device’s location in order to provide proximity-based features, such as searching for stores near you.
When this feature is used, we may collect your approximate location and, when necessary to improve the accuracy of the results, your precise location, according to the permission granted on your device.
This location data may be stored by us temporarily or linked to your account, to the extent necessary to enable the feature, improve the user experience, maintain history related to the feature, optimize proximity-based results, prevent misuse, and provide technical and operational support for the Application.
The collection and storage of location data occur only with your authorization. You may deny, limit, or revoke this permission at any time through your Android device settings.
Unless otherwise stated in the Application, location is used only while the app is in use and is not collected in the background.
This identifier can be reset or limited by the user in the Android device settings, depending on system availability.
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
Authentication: to create your account and allow secure access through Firebase Authentication;
Personalization: to display your name and profile photo in areas of the application, providing a more personalized experience;
Access management: to verify whether you have active premium access in order to unlock exclusive content and features;
Service improvement: to analyze stability, feature usage, technical failures, and Application performance;
Advertising and monetization: to display ads, measure campaign interactions, and improve the relevance, security, and performance of advertising displayed in the Application.
Location and proximity-based search: to identify your approximate or precise location, according to the permission granted, in order to locate and display stores near you, improve the relevance of the results shown, maintain features related to usage history or context, and enhance the overall experience within the Application.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below is a list of the providers used and links to their respective privacy policies:
These services may collect, process, and store data as necessary for authentication, analytics, stability, billing, advertising, and the general operation of the Application.
Nature Chá may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob.
These advertisements may appear on certain screens, flows, or moments of use within the Application. Google and its partners may use advertising identifiers, device information, and other data permitted under applicable policies for purposes such as personalization, frequency capping, performance measurement, fraud prevention, and invalid traffic verification.
Where required by applicable law or platform policies, we will request or display appropriate consent mechanisms for the user.
You may also manage advertising-related preferences in your Android device’s ad settings, where available.
When you use proximity-based search features, location data may be processed by services, providers, and APIs necessary for the operation of such functionality, strictly for the purpose of identifying nearby establishments, delivering results within the Application, and providing technical support for the feature.
We do not sell location data. The use and any processing of such data occur solely for the purposes described in this Policy and in accordance with the permissions granted by you.
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL protocol.
We use secure Google Firebase infrastructure for data storage.
When location data is collected and stored, we adopt reasonable measures to protect it during transmission, processing, and storage, observing technical practices compatible with the infrastructure used by the Application.
However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In compliance with Google Play policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
To request the deletion of your data:
Send an email to eduardo.desenvolvedor.apps@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion - Nature Tea".
Provide the email address associated with your account in the App.
Upon confirmation, your profile data (name, photo, email) and favorites history will be permanently removed from our databases within 30 days.
If location data is stored and associated with your account, it will also be deleted or anonymized, where applicable, after the request has been processed, except where temporary retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, exercise legal rights, or meet legitimate technical requirements.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions on the Google Play Store. You must cancel billing directly in your Android device settings.
This Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The content of the App (tea recipes and health information) is directed at an adult audience ("Adult Use"), as indicated in the notices within the App. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our servers.
